Room was not as per the standard

Accomodation did not provide ac and wi-fi as advertised, yet they charged for these amenities. Additionally, the staff were not supportive, and the overall safety of the establishment was questionable for families. We checked out yesterday at 9 pm due to these issues and we booked rooms which is available locally at that time. I have receipt of that later booked room also. Please do not suggest that resort to stay to any family.

Stinking in room not well maintained room and surrounding premises food is. Good at reasonable cost staff is good and cooperative

Over all the resort is not worth the money. Rooms were not ready toliets are dirty rooms are not clean ac is not working there so many frog out rooms. Light issue were there. Swimming is not in working condition. We want to complain about the same at the time of check in but not able to do so.

Pols give options of negative marking, i have given one star due to no option of negative rating, it's worst experience i ever had, thanks make my trip and it's staff

Food is not good. It's ok if you are traveling solo. Too costly as per the room and service provided.

Location is peaceful. Staff is unprofessional. Room was pathetic. Bed was full of khatmal. Food was unhygienic with no taste and so spicy food. Don't expect room service you have to follow up with them for 2 3 times at list for any service. MMT should not refer this type of cheap hotels to maintain his popularity.

It's not a resort. Kindly avoid this resort. The best place in Malshej ghat resort and saj by the lake. Avoid this resort. Worst rooms, terrible service.
