Malusara Retreat Lake side property

Quiet place , still 1 km accessible to main area, clear view from restaurants, clean and hygienic rooms, service is slow but you will get what you need , food is good homemade style , fresh with less spices or as per your needs. The main concern was light cuts for 2 or more hours in a stretch, and nothing works charger tv or wifi when light goes. They do have a generator and may turn them in on if you insist . Another issue was foul smell form outside in room 103, but I think it's temporary, not a deal breaker, we were 3 adults and 1 child in a room, I extra mattress provided . Overall, it's a good place , very near to lake

A decent property with good aesthetics. Best part is the property is just adjacent to the lake .The staff here is friendly, welcoming and helpful.The rooms are hygienic and well maintained and of course the view from room is calming .The property is in tranquility, away from hustle bustle,easily reachable .The delectable food served is not to be missed . Everything was made comfortable here ,really enjoyed my stay and i look forward to visit them again.kudos 👏

We were there for 3 nights 4 days. The property is spacious and peaceful. Menu is limited but the food is made fresh and tastes good. Price is a bit on the higher side but you get pretty good food so you wouldn’t mind. Wifi service could be better. We had to rely on our limited mobile data for our work online. Rest everything went well and it was a pretty pleasant experience for us.

Property bang on bhimtal. Still away from crowd and clutter. Excellent food homestyle and tasty. Helpful staff. Clear lake view from each tastefully done rooms. However you need to climb some stairs. Apt if you want solitude, family time.

Beautiful location, clean & spacious room (lake facing) with all amenities, amazing hospitality, and very friendly staff, chef was generous, made super tasty food on demand.. felt like home.. 😊 Loved the stay and the ambiance.

Resort lies amidst the nature with comforting cottages and a nice view of lake from the balcony…staff was friendly

Rooms are very good, property is well maintained. The only disappointment is food costing. In house food is very costly and there is no single shop around 1km radius.

Rooms were good and service was also okay okay not that brilliant though. Room was well positioned as it provided the proper view of the lake.But there light supply issue as there was no light for around half an hour.

Very enchanting experience and with superb management and staff. Located in a quiet stretch of bhimtal perifery. Would definitely come back.

This was our second stay at malusara. As always the management and staff were great in their service. Food was excellent. Try pahadi versions. Wish all the best to everyone at the resort
