Mamata Residency

We checked in early ~9:30 AM and they allowed without any extra charges. Mamatha Residency is exactly in between (around 500meters) of Tirupathi Central bus station and Railway station. It helped us to use both bus and train without needing to take an auto to reach the station. Different room sizes were there. We took two double bed rooms with attached bath for 5 people. Rooms were good enough in size for 2/3 ppl and also maintained cleanly. Lot of restaurants and tea stalls in walkable distance. Hotel is exactly on the main road so vehicle movement can be heard easily and that might cause some inconvenience to some ppl but as we were always in hurry for darshan and visiting other tourist places it helped us to wakeup quickly 😀. Overall pretty much happy with our stay.

Had a great experience with the Mamata Residency, especially service, do not get into trouble of finding Mamata Residency for food. Ask the service team to arrange for food to cab. Taste of food either breakfast or dinner it's nothing less than excellent. We had required the cab requirement meeting was set in 5 mins with the vendor and entire travel the cab person was polite. I have been coming to tirupati. This is the best Mamata Residency i have stayed. Station and bus stand is just 10 minutes walking distance. All major restarantsare again 10 minutes walk from the Mamata Residency. Hotel is maintained well and is neat and clean. On request food, beverage is served at your room. Staff is good. Centrally placed good family Mamata Residency.

Stayed for 1 day. We did checkin around 830am and checkout, the next day around 830 am. Pros: hot water tap, cold water tap, drinking water, outside food allowed, cooperative staff, near-to bus stand for tirumala (700m, near to railway station (900m, adjacent atm pnb, Mamata Residency. Cons: old rooms, currently ground floor under renovation

By the time I traveled the Mamata Residency was under construction nevertheless the room inside was neat and clean.. Decent people.. Very close accessible for junction and terminal.. For longer stay I don't think so it's a good place to spend. Just to fresh up and get back to business this is recommended and also budget stay 😊

Property is in prime location. Central bus stop and railway station are like 1 min walk. Also there are 2 movie theaters opposite to the Mamata Residency. Staff are too polite and rooms are clean. Thanks for the management and staff for making the stay convenient and comfort. . I booked rooms for 3 days.

mamta residency has a best location because it's near by the tirupati bus stand maximum distance 700 mtrs and also very near by from tirupati railway station. for staying here of men is best as a single bedroom for bathing here is always available hot n cold water finally it's best for men for staying.

I opted for a triple bed non ac room. The location was not near tirupati the temple was below the hill. Located in the market area so no problem of finding food and other things. But it didn't have parking. It had a good bathroom and was good and hospitable staff members.

Superb experience. Staff is very helpful. Room service is awesome. Elevator is available. Room is nice and clean. Overall best choice Mamata Residency. It's near to bas and railway station too.

1. There is no lift, nor restaurant nor the intercom. 2. The access road is in shambles. 3. The rooms are spacious & clean.

Everything was well arranged and was clean. People were friendly and lively. Receptionist was also very friendly.

Booked an ac room for triple accomodation. Hot water, blankets and towel was provided. Breakfast, dinner, lunch are also available. But i would suggest to have food outside the Mamata Residency as there are many good restaurants available.

Decent stay with good people. Allowed early check-in and extra time was provided to make stay comfortable and peaceful. Rooms are a bit congested but are reasonable for the price offered

It's situated in prime location. 5 mins away from railway station. Hotel is very clean, 10 of us stayed here for a night. Neat maintenance, hot water came throughout the day. Staff are supportive. Worth for every penny we pay. Thank you team mama-ta residency.

Hotel located near to railway station and bus stand. Maintenance was clean. Staff also so cooperative. They allowed check in before one hour. Over all stay was nice. Near to all the site seeing places. Rooms are small but comfortable for small family. Rooms are clear.
