Room condition was not good however staff was good and food was average because same buffet every day and amenities not upto the mark.. Not good

The hotel is not really what it is shown in the photos, i guess they have taken pics at the time of doing their interior and since then it is going like that. First they made us wait as the rooms were not ready, and after waiting for 45-1hr, they told us that the geyser switch is not working and it took them another 2 hours to repair. We couldn't relax while all that was going on, our time also got wasted, we could have gone to visit some sites. They gave us a dirty room which which was all wet with fresh mop, we had to sit on the bed and wait for it to dry, the lights were not working and we had to call them again to change the bulb, the table was broken, the cupboard door refused to shut, the dth setop box was place on the top of flat tv on the edge, no shlef plate was there. The gallery towards the room was all dark. Bathroom condition was very pathetic, no toilet paper, no toothbrush and paste, just a tiny bit of soap nothing else like shampoo, conditioners etc. The toilet flush doesn't flush properly, it took 3-4 flushes to flush out completely. Room service was also pathetic, we asked for a separate plate as we had some food left over from outside, and we want to finish it off in the room, they said we can't give plates for the outside food. I mean really ? after all this service you have this much of audacity to argue on that, so i told them about how i am compromising on things and then they sent two plates. The breakfast was also very basic, nothing special to mention about, the sitting area is not what it looks like in the pictures. Some old plastic chairs and tables and in the middle a large garbage bin, which was i guess meant for bonfire. (filled with all garbage, emplty bottles etc) they couldn't even clean it. C'mom you are serving food in that area ! the only plus point is the location of the hotel which is 10 minutes walk to mall road. But i am sure there must be hotels better the this one nearby.

We stayed there for 4 days and booked the family suite. First let's talk about the location: it's 5 mins walking distance from mall road, so if you're someone who doesn't want to stay in a congested market yet don't want to go interior then it's the perfect choice. Next is amenities: everything was available from hot water to clean rooms and tv, wi-fi. Now talk about my favorite part: the food. We had breakfast and dinner included package and thanks to that we got served hot and lip smacking food everyday. Special mention to the chef because the food was awesome. Apart from this staff were all polite and helpful and the service was on time.

Rude receptionist. You can read other reviews regarding her yet the management is not taking any action. Not a single staff in the hotel knows to talk in english even the car drivers they arrange don't know english, when manali is a tourist place. Due to the language problem, we were not able to communicate properly, so i asked her to send a message through whatsapp. The way she way-ed us is like, get lost. The room is smelly and not clean. We kept on getting calls and asked for room service. I don't know why a guest room should receive orders from their hotel. We even tried to change the hotel, but we're not lucky. There was always sound outside our room. You guys just ruined our dream trip. A kind word to the management, keep a friendly receptionist and a person who knows english.

Bathroom was not clean. There was water leakage from jet spray. This resulted in all time wet bathroom floor. Hangers were not provided in the closet/wardrobe. There were multiple power cuts during our 4 night stay. And i observed that power back up was provided via generator for only about half an hour on the first instance. No power back up was there for other instances.

Loved to stay at the property.

Dirty bed sheets, mosquitoes roaming around the room, no mosquito liquid or net provided, ventilation problem, only good thing is near to mall road and hidimba temple

Bad hotel, long power cut, long hours without water, rotten bread in breakfast
Dint like anything there, washroom were not clean, bed was not cleaned on daily basis. No sleepers were given as mentioned, washroom was out of water, power cut for hours.

Nice and comfortable stay. The food taste was average rest everything - cleanliness, service, room - was perfect.

Rooms are clean. Room service is excellent. Mr. Ankit Ji is very helpful person. Food quality is also good.
