Mr. Sonu is not cooperative at all. The breakfast & dinner really terrible. Room are also not upto the mark. Even no hand wash available.

People dnt know the location. Not proper cab facility. Booked breakfast but we have request to served on table. First day, they provided the breakfast and second day we have to asked, please serve the food (bread didn"t toast) so we have to request. We have to call twice to serve room food. Incident: we ordered dine on room ( dine buffet not available) after half hour they called this sabzi was not present please change it. ( was disappointed feel) they asked when we gave order's. Remaining was good.
