It was a budget Manas Cottage Homestay| Rooms & Caretaker in the heart of town, near to bus stand, museum, market, boating and rose garden. The view of valley was excellent from first floor room. The Manas Cottage Homestay| Rooms & Caretaker does not have its own restaurant facility except tea, coffee and milk but that was not a big concern as plenty of eateries, tea stalls and pav bhaji wala were available. At 50 meters distance there was "Purohit- Pure Veg Gujarati Thali", real taste of Gujarati thali, though little costly but worth for taste of Gujarat. Overall it was a good budget Manas Cottage Homestay| Rooms & Caretaker with peace of mind.

Location of the property was nice and easily reachable. The property is safe and secure. Actually, we had book the room on the first floor but, they provide the room to us on the ground floor. The toilet was not hygienic, there was water leakage and the whole water from the bathroom was coming into the room. The entire room was wet for 3 days. The room was very small and was not exactly what we were expecting. A service boy was there and his service was good. We took food from outside. Overall the stay was average.

Provided tea milk in minimum time. The most important is they allowed us early check in without any additional charges. I had my 4 years daughter with me was worried if we shall get early check in or not. But Manas Cottage Homestay| Rooms & Caretaker staff did immediate arrangements to get room ready.

I spent a very valuable and memorable time at manas cottage. We have visited saputara several times, but our last visit became very mesmorising due to manas. Hotel is at very silent and cool location. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Overall cleanliness and support made our trip successfull!

It was a good property and, nearby the main point of Saputara. Room was perfect. It was a neat and clean place. Staff was good and supportive, but security should be improved. They provided only tea, but restaurants were nearby. It is a recommendable property.
