Very nice place to stay with family. Very good rooms. Spacious, clean, situated at a very nice location. Staff are so friendly, cooperative & genuinely helpful, such that in a day or two you would feel like you are staying in your own home & not in a Manasa Homes. Breakfast is awesome. Clean and safe drinking water is provided by the staff . . I would personally recommend this place for family to stay and my special thanks to Mr. UTTAM kumar, who is staff there. I would request all those spending their holiday here must have a talk with this guy because he is truly helpful and polite and will surely help you out in any way possible.

Place was quiet and nice. Pretty pocket friendly. World have been better if there was fooding facilities but arrangements are quite ok as compared to the price of rooms. Only issue is that the surrounding is not that clean so you can't open the windows. Would be great if the rooms are maintained more. My rooms dressing mirror did not have a shelf in front so it was difficult for me to dress. They should provide dustbin in every room. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The Manasa Homes is located at a residential area but very near to the sea . The room was spacious and accompanied by a dining room, it was cleaned every day but the washroom and the bedsheets along with the towels were interchanged every alternate day . The room boy Mukul was very accommodation and was ever ready to give service when ever required . . The complimentary b/f though south Indian but changes every day except idli which is common every day.

We booked for only accommodation though according to our demand we got tea in the morning. Manager Uttam is young and very pleasant attitude and Ujjal Kumar Roy floor coordinator gave his you parallel service by which our family members are very pleased. We wish all success to Manasa home and it's all staffs.
Out of our four rooms only one room was quite small and as per our consideration that room was fit for 2 persons.

The home stay is a service apartment with all facilities available. Getting food over there is a bit difficult for afternoon and night but you can let the staff know what food you want and they'll get it for you. The staff is cooperative and patient enough. They also helped us in getting us the cab for local sight seeing and Araku as well. That was an awesome one too with reasonable rates.

The main thing to consider is the location of this guest house from beach road. Its very nearby (almost 100m) from Vuda Park. You can just walk and enjoy beach road (submarine museum, RK beach.) Rooms are okay. Breakfast was home-made. I got only idli, dosa and tea in breakfast but that was good. Staff is good. I would recommend this guest house to everyone.

Really nice and enjoyable stay. As I am travelling with my daughter for her National championship and require to focus on it and I am really happy to share that in this Manasa Homes we found really fantastic stay without any complain. We got excellent service and we found stay as like our second home. It's really good apartment to stay specially for family.

Its homes not a Manasa Homes, but nice and clean place to stay for family. Dinning area is shared. The rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping used to come everyday to clean. Not much options of food. There are no restaurants near by, so you will need to take an auto. Overall nicely maintained clean place to stay for family.

Nice Manasa Homes to stay with family. The in-charge named Mukul is a pro active n cheerful guy. Enjoyed my stay for four days. Value for money

Nice place. Not see facing. But near rk Beach. Autos are available. Staff are really cooperative and helpful. Only one problem: no arrangement for lunch and dinner. However, if you prefer south Indian lunch they provide it from out side restaurants. Over all value for money.

Restaurant should be needed in campus.

Service was good, their response was fine.

I have experienced a good stay. No issues have been faced, everything was fine. The location of the property was easily accessible. The room was comfortable.

Conveniently located and value for money

Good rooms however cleaning is required properly. Value for money. Nice location but must need a car on that area. Beach is very near by . Rooms are spacious. Staff are user friendly. Worth for money and location wise good.

5 minutes walking distance to VUDA Park. Clean rooms. Value for money. Located between Kailasgiri Hill and RK Beach. Common kitchen and living room. Nice staff and always accessible.

Room is very clean. Tv, ac working well. Drinking water is available. Staff is helpful. Nice location. Ola, Uber, Zomato, Swiggi available.
