Mandala House Party Hostel

I reached the property around 11am but was told to wait till 2pm which is their usual check-in time. Around 2pm there was no one at the reception, and they also left their phone at the reception. So had to wait another half an hour for them to come back. At 2:30 they sent me with a volunteer to show me my dorm. She took me to an 18 bed dorm even though i booked a 8 bed dorm. I told her, she said she will go to the reception, confirm and come back. She told me to wait there. And she didn't come back. I called the reception after 25 mins, they picked on the 4th call and showed me my dorm. Finally i tried sleeping but power cuts kept happening. The dorm was clean, but very tiny. It was 2 rooms having 4 beds each. The common area of the hostel is their cafe itself, where you can't bring outside food or drinks. Its more of a party hostel.

We had booked our stay just for 1 night as aslo we didn't get to spend much time to spend at this place and to chill with the the place, the hostel has a great ambience, people here are great and friendly. Tho there were some issues as our beds had no curtains so, also no proper locker system. I'd say if you are a solo traveller and want to chill for maybe a week or so, then its perfect for you. You can easily cover 2 to 3 nearby beaches in one day with a rental vehicle, but if you want to walk you can do a beach a day. If you are with family this isn't for you, if you are with group, this is not for you as there is 1 toilet and bathroom, so your group will take forever to get ready. To sum up. The place is best for the vibe.

I went to goa as a solo traveller and booked my stay in 8 bed ac dorm in lost hostel. This place is best if you like music / events and can be a bit not soo good for people who want complete peace. Below are the pros and cons of the hostel pros: 1. The vibe of the hostel is fantastic. 2. You get to interact with people of different cultures/ communities 3. They org-anise events in the evening which keeps everyone one engaged. They had garb a night, dj bollywood night, jamming during my stay 4. You have a cafe attached to the bar so you don't have to search for food. Cons: 1. Rooms can be much better / maintained 2. The indoor games ( carrom and fizzball) can be changed as they are quite old.

I have stayed here before in The month of january and I Am here ever since The start of lockdown. The Hostel is The best you can find in Palolem. The owner Mr. Jitesh has taken really good care of me and The people during lockdown for that I Am forever grateful. The Hostel is just 5 minutes away by walk from The famous Palolem. Beach. Good wifi. Super good staff. The vibe is so positive which you seldom get anywhere. Just blindly book it and i'm pretty sure you won't regret it. There are plenty of indoor games to have fun with as well. I have never taken so much time to review a Hostel. That's because I love it.

My stay at The lost hostel was for 3 days. One day in a standard room with a fellow traveller and the other 2 days in the female dorm. The room was good. And the dorm was very comfortable and clean. With ample space, wall mirror and every basic necessities. The hosts and staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially Miss Sanjana made us feel so safe and at home. The ambience was great, a good music session every night. And Mr Noor kept us safe from any nuisance. The stay was very safe as a solo traveller and very entertaining too. 🤗

Most amazing experience ! Incase visiting South goa the lost hostel is the place you should choose. Amazing staff, friendly environment and most importantly positive vibe and with relaxing atmosphere. I had my inhibitions, this being my first solo trip. But it all vanished as soon as I stepped in. The location, ambience, vibes are all top notch and peaceful, away from the humdrum of the city l was sceptical about bathrooms as it being a shared space but they were quite clean

We group of 8 people stayed over there for 3days and 2nights. The management is fantastic, they welcome us by warm wishes and communication was very polite. We faced some issues with ac having water leaking on first day, but that got sorted. Good points: arranging various activities/programs which are adding some more fun or interesting for us. Few suggestions: they have small cup board, but they doesn't have locks. It will be safe to store some material if it have locks.

I stayed over there for 2 days and it was beautiful. The night was fun with all the music (other travelers) and lighting. The beach is just 1 km away so you can easily visit it at night. The alcohol is available just outside the hostel. The crowd was good. I also made a booking at gaia hostel and it sucked so i came back over here all the way from north goa. So you can understand the fun over here. The staff is friendly and helpful m

Location is in very nice place, food n bar are also good, very friendly host and clean rooms and washrooms

Location was excellent, best place to visit and Mandala Hostel near Palolem Beach is clean and very neat compare to other Mandala Hostel near Palolem Beachs and room this hostel is best

Cafe and hostel vibes are great. Room is very basic. No side stand to keep stuff, or a chait. Just bed and ac with one small storage unit.

Host was nice, they were quite helpful also suggested us nearest places to visit. Bunker beds was good too, ac is shared in two rooms thus rooms were not that chilled overall not that uncomfortable. They do not allow outside alcohol to the venue but you can take same at the bar at common area but same is on the higher side from the market rates.

The host was too good overall spectrum was too good i'm satisfied

Loved The Goa trip with my family at The property. The host was friendly and cooperative, staffs were mannered. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The property interior was also very good. The food was delicious and price was reasonable. The only thing The property could improve was their variety of food. Must recommend The property to others.

You will be wandering all the day in goa, but just for the sake of nap the place rules over others. I would recommend.

The stay was nice. The dorm was clean and everything was nice. The vibe of the hostel was too good. Sanjana made sure everything was fine. Such a sweet soul. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. And also the food at the cafe was delicious. Worth it.

It was a good experience and new to me and everyone was good there, probably i misjudged the room to be ac while booking
