Mandav Hills Resort

Food was terrible. very less staff and room quality is worth 500 rupees only. Bathrooms are so dirty.

The rooms were too small for occupancy of three. There was no adequate space for an extra mattress. They did not give us towels, dental & shaving kits. We did not get an extra mattress for the third person for which we have paid money. There were only two persons present in staff. Overall service could have been much better. Also the breakfast was served very late. Due to the delay in breakfast we were 1 hour late for our next destination so we had to cancel a few places that we could have visited. Also the mobile phone was switched off so there was no other way to contact the resort. We had to contact MakeMyTrip to coordinate with the resort person, they were also not having an alternate number. Reason for switching off of the mobile was told that it was not charged, this cannot be professionally accepted.

Only one thing good about it is that you can take good photos. The rooms were too small. Property's location is good. Food & amenities are poor. Only two people were in staff. There were no thing like management. Even the owner was not interested. I was trying to contact them but the phone was switched off. So I took help. They were also not able to contact them. On reaching I questioned them that I wanted to convey message for our late arrival to hotel but the phone was switched off. On listening he answered that the battery was dead so was switched off. He didn't care to switch it on again.

Location is good near jahaj mahal.. excellent and very polite staff...we like food also.... neat and clean.... peaceful environment..

Place not worth the price paid for the stay. Rooms were not clean and the mattresses also were dirty

Food was not good other wise place is ok not up to the mark. So if you want to search for family or want to eat in the hotel so it’s not that type

While location is ok, the room size and view is pretty ordinary. Services and amenities too are not great Rooms are fairly ordinary and so are the amenities..

Staff were reasonably helpful and the facilities are sufficiently clean, but the property as a whole is well past time for a paint job and updating. Breakfast was minimal and i never did manage to find the restaurant.

It's now worth the cost per day. The staff seems lazy. They need to maintain cleaning. Rooms are not at all sound proof, at night it's horrible to listen to someone walking

Room is spacious. But bathroom is not good. Towels provided has holes. Bedspread and blanket were dirty.

Found this on mmt. Pictures looked great but the property was underdeveloped. Would have been great if wifi was working. Overall a good experience.

Very nice place & the staff is also very cooperative. They don't have full time in house running restaurant which caused us some trouble as we have to go out for lunch & dinner.

Hotel in Good Location near Jama Masjid, Behavior of Hotel Staffs and Manager is very Good and friendly , very helpful and provided guidance for sightseeing 🙂 There is Flim City type structures so idial for photoshoot 📸📷 must try coffee ☕ there ❤️

superb photogenic location, very good staff behavior, good hospitality.. recommend for everyone.. check in time should be early as I have to wait for two hours as I reached 10 am..

It's a good place to stay overnight if you are visiting mandu on the weekend. Room sizes are a bit on the smaller size. However the rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities required. Food options are very limited and not that great. I would suggest to step out of the property for your meals. There are 2-3 dhabas just next to the property. The location is convenient and next to the main (but very small) market.

Location is really good. Close to jahaz mahal. Parking is good, no buffet breakfast we got poha for it. Double room was smelly and dirty. Double suite was ok. Staff was ok. Overall ok stay.

The place, the stay, food and especially the host was excellent. The rooms were clean, hygienic, toiletries were provides, staff was really helpful. Overall this place is more than the value. There is nothing negative i could find. The place had colorful houses, good for taking pictures too.
