Mandrem Beach Resort, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreat

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort in goa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, with a stunning beach just a short walk away and a serene river on the other side, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making us feel right at home. Speaking of the pool, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape after a day on the beach. Overall, my stay at this resort was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great food made it a memorable getaway.

It's a hidden gem in north goa. North from the north, after the chapora river, you reach a part of north goa, which is serene and peaceful. And radisson retreat added to the beauty of location. On one side of the Mandrem Beach Resort, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreat, a river is flowing hugging the property while the other side, ocean is at walking distance with a private entry to the beach. Our room was beach facing and the view was breathtaking. The privileged feeling we got staying here was amazing. Our 20 month old daughter was treated like a little princess. Special thanks to shaun, akash, mario, bornali, amit, vishwati and kashmira. Two small drawbacks- limited options in breakfast lift facility only in one block.

We booked our stay here in their River View room, first and foremost the size of the room was the most exciting part, well lit up rooms with tidy and spacious bathrooms. You may not want to step out of the property at all, they have all the luxuries loaded wothing the premise. The staff is extremely courteous, something you may not find in goa at affordable properties. The swimming pool is a cherry on top, clean and not crowded. It was almost private. If there is one thing i would like them to improve on is the menu options, not saying that the taste wasn’t good but limited options can be a problem. The property is new and hence the experience was just amazing. Hope they continue giving their customers a wonderful experience

The staff at the property is excellent. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile for you. The room service and quality of the food at the property is great too. Breakfast options are limited and while we are ok with not being spoiled for choices during breakfast, others might want a bigger spread. In terms of experience, the stay was a perfect 5 with the ocean on one side and river on the other. My only negative feedback is about the location of the property because of which it was difficult to find good places to eat outside of the property so we ended up ordering in most of our meals. P. S. - doesn’t clearly tell you is that the one bedroom suite has the best view (both river and ocean ).

It was a pleasant surprise to find a beautiful property nestled inside an unlikely lane but right on the beach. The stay was made memorable by the ever smiling and always eager to help staff of restaurant. Always wanting to satisfy the culinary cravings of guests with a smiting service. What was lacking was the building plans which was giving restricted view of the ocean. Also lacking the awareness that a family being allotted rooms in different blocks instead of adjacent rooms in-spite of making an early booking.

Rooms are spacious, modern and with an excellent view of river as well as ocean. Breakfast and lunch were great; some opportunities observed and highlighted to the manager for dinner. Hospitality is top notch; honestly, i didn’t expect this level of caring from radisson. Pleasantly surprised. Owing to monsoon and high rainfall, the beach was full with sea water. The plants and trees within the resort made it look stunning; yes, the monsoon added to the beautification. Must visit and stay on your next trip to goa

the location is excellent with direct access to Mandrim Beach. Riverview rooms with balconies are excellent. staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. Thanks to Jenny for helping with planning the local sightseeing tour and setting up a nice breakfast by the pool. Thanks to Vishwetha, Dolly, and all the staff members for taking good care of us during our stay.

Awesome stay in this hidden gem property. Stayed in deluxe river view room and the view was amazing. Staff was courteous, polite and prompt. Property has direct access to the beach. Breakfast buffet was decent. Good part is buffet is open till 12 noon. Overall an comfortable stay.

Its not a retreat as there was nothing akin to a retreat. The food was okay but could have been better. They should also provide room upgrades

The resort is located just at the beach, which is a very plus point. The staff is very courteous. Hospitality is very good. Cleanliness is good. Staff behavious very good. Breakfast is good.

This property is totally a hidden gem. Our stay was very relaxing and we had a superb time. Hospitality of the staff especially amit and zeenal is worth a mention.

Staff is very prompt. Service is fast. Rooms are pretty decent sized. River view rooms have a good view. Can increase breakfast buffet options though.

The property is wonderfully located right next to the beach. But the main highlight is the next level hospitality. Best i have ever seen. The food at the restaurant is really good. For the price on offer, this property checks all the boxes and is indeed a hidden gem.
