Mandu The Escape

Good resort with complementary facilities of boating, zip line, mountain climbing, archery etc. Service was slow and not well managed. Although staff were very polite and well mannered. Maybe it's a new resort so staff needs more training. Breakfast was ala carte but sufficient and very tasty- we had alu and gobi parantha, poori bhaji, cut fruits and corn flakes etc, everything was tasty. Tea however wasn't so good. Dinner was also good in taste. Rooms are well decorated and the balcony view and feel with a swing was really a nice touch. We stayed in premium cottage which had hot water facility, AC, kettle, mini-fridge, fan , TV etc. So overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay. No hair dryer. They have only 11 rooms in total including tents. Sugar and milk sachet were less with them as the stock was over which was not a good sign. I had received a call from them a week before my arrival there, about confirmation on elephant safari which we confirmed but on arrival, we were told that it's not available and we had to opt for jeep safari instead. Property is very beautiful indeed and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

We stayed for one night! the stay was cozy! we took a premium cottage featuring a balcony with a swing! this added spice to the stay!
It was a great escape for us after so many months of confinement due to the pandemic! the landscape view was excellent especially during the morning and afternoon hours! had a short trekking to the teas! food was superb! on the downside, we were not sure about how much sanitisation practices were followed above the routine cleaning works! we were told that there was no sanitizer in the room! the staff needs to be trained professionally! we experienced some kind of amateurism in this department!

The property is awesome and we had a wonderful experience. Service is quick and staff are prompt and helpful. Food is good. But the complementary breakfast menu could have been better. The Mandu The Escape staff can arrange for your elephant and jeep safari. Special thanks to mr. Shekar for all his help. The resort is quite inside the forest land, calm amd serene with a vast tea garden, complementary activities like archery, zip lining etc, a cute coffee shop on the hilltop, a beautiful pool; all these within the Mandu The Escape premises. Undoubtedly a good property to check in

Pleasant ambience rooms in different clusters give wide open and free space feel lovely landscaping excellent food courteous and delightful service attitude of people. Mr. Ajit dais went out of the way to arrange us a birthday cake for my daughter around 11 pm in the night on the day we checked in. A delightful help which he need not have bothered. Also ms. Anjuna helped with the elephant safari and the jeep safari taking away all our concerns. Many such instances an excellent helpful attitude. Because of such instances, would definitely like to stay here again.

We liked the Mandu The Escape very much. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. The location is good and near to kaziranga national park entrance (kohora region. The Mandu The Escape also has a few adventure sports like rock climbing, boating, bur-ma bridge, archery, etc. There are two tree houses also in the compound which i enjoyed climbing. You can also sit around a fire pit at night and enjoy the warmth. We would surely like to visit the resort again. Thanks for your hospitality. Looking forward to visit again.

I'm happy to see the lush green gardens since my last visit 2 years back. With the addition of the spectacular pool, it only enriches the stay. Easily one of the best locations to stay in kaziranga, however; management please note and work on things like, torn bedsheets, dirty stained dishes in breakfast buffet, etc. Staff was cooperative offering adequate hospitality. Food was safe & hygienic, so full points for that, but the preparation could be better. Hope to visit soon. Not at all, thank you.

Our one night stay at mandu resort kaziranga was good. Loved the campus and our teenage son enjoyed the outdoor activities. Morning complementary breakfast was also good. The swimming pool was lovely. Well, few food items we ordered could be better such as manchow soup, american corn fry etc. Also, while walking in the campus at 8 pm night, felt some security concern as we could not find any security guard near the tea garden area. Also the bedding could be more clean. Overall stay was good.

The experience was great at the resort. Saw an ev charging unit being installed on the property as well which will help ev owners. Breakfast spread was quite good and the overall food quality was also great, we ordered room service for afternoon snacks and dinner. Best part was that the outdoor activities were included as part of the stay charges. Will revisit for sure in the near future.

The food was good but too costly. Breakfast was good.

The view was good. Everything was well maintained. Room was clean and all the activities except the air gun are included with the room reservation.

The location is very good. Its serene and pleasant. We booked the premium cottage, which was apt and very well maintained. The food was good, though not as par we expected. Other than that everything about the place was beautiful and note worthy. Loved the place would certainly visit again.
