Mandu The Escape

I had never experienced this type of hotel before.. when I visit they don't have a welcome drink, they don't have a TV recharge and bed so noise. even I called before booking that I need to celebrate our anniversary so decorate with rose and keep it in my room cake and wine after several reminder they didn't do anything i had payment it's to high...for wooden cottage and guys don't book lot's of hotel in kaziranga in with best price and amenities.

Room bit over priced for the facilities it provides, though it’s still comfy and serene. Food was astounding.

We the family of four stayed here for two days in their tents. A wonderful experience with many activities including swimming and other games. And especially serene landscape around with use of local materials. Great experience.

Exceptional hospitality and well behaved staff. Food could be better but a must visit for the view and the pool.

First of they have a good location. Except that nothing. Wastes of money. Rooms are degrading. Food are pathetic. Break horrible. If you serving local food . Be local why to add all masala.omg please owner try your local curries

The property was very pretty. Lush greenary, swimming pool, cozy rooms and great food. However what was lacking was service. Ac's in the room and dining area was not working which made the stay inconvenient

The property is very beautiful with various activities and a pool. Inside landscape is very aesthetic. Our stay was very comfortable. Top notch service and food was also good.

The resort is beautiful and the food tastes great. However, one thing we didn’t like was the swimming pool area. We stayed in the premium cottages but couldn’t access the pool because it was being booked by others for an hour and their private moment was going on. It made us feel uncomfortable, and we believe this is something that needs improvement

Very nice place, best food, best location and very good facilities

Receptionists need proper training on communication and hospitality. They did not have a little smile, no greetings and no than you. It seems they are simply there just because they had to be there. Ordered egg curry at dinner in room service but they did not provide. ACs in cottages were not cooling properly.

Everything good except the rude from the swimming pool. That's why this poor rating as he ruined our mood. When I went to the pool he asked if I have a swim suit; I said no. Then he said I can't go to the swimming pool while no one in the pool had any swim suit and bathing in their normal clothes. When we pointed out he reluctantly allowed then came back to check if I am wearing a cotton pant. Let me ask this to the owner..if you have a swim suit policy why not there a notification? Why everyone bathing in their inner wear and staff asking for swim suit from others? Is this a way to sell your swim suit stocks? He can't order a guest or can't be rude towards a guest. This is against any service standard and he needs some soft skill training. May be he was too busy in enjoying the ladies in the pool and did want additional people there.

Location good. Property is average 3*. Food was good and services were good too. But on the whole the experience wasn’t worth the price.

Loved the place . The staffs are very friendly. We took wooden cottage. It was clean and hyegenic. The food was tasty.

superb ambience, lots of children activities available. my daughter liked the zip line the most. and my favourite is the howling of monkeys up on the nearby hills. overall stay was nice and comfortable. if you ask me for suggestions then i would like to pen down 2 1. a soap tray required at the shower point. or you will have to put your soap on top of the flush tank of the wc. 2. business is good, but charging rs 40 for the rs 10 snacks don't seems to be appropriate for the items kept in the room. rest all good. a 5 ⭐ from my side. we used top of the mixture tape to keep the soap and didn't enjoyed the chips, chocolate, breezer, heman, soft drinks etc kept in our cottage 😀

stay was good enough however the timing of food after putting an order was too long. Also the wifi was too slow and Tv didn't work at all. the surrounding was enjoyable but the campsite activities were not upto the mark.
