lights are not working in the room. evening water is too hot as mixture fittings not working properly. phone is not working and room is on 3rd floor so i have to go by my own to call any help. lights are on throughout the night as no switches available to close them…

Hotel mangalam inn, bareilly is situated in good location. Ambience was satisfactorily maintained and clean. However, hotel was not having lunch and dinner facilities. There was not enough space in the room to accommodate third person. 3. 3. Please initiate process of 50% concession as promised by your executive during conversation regarding cancellation of our previous hotel booking at bareilly.
