Smelly restrooms and stained quilts

familyNot a pleasant experience. While the external facade looks good, the bathrooms were quite smelly and the bedspreads were stained. Tv remote was broken and non-functional.

Service was worst. Even tea could never be served in time. Tv was not working. After repeated complaints it was renewed only for one day. I left hotel one day earlier due to hopeless service

We stayed there for a family wedding. The resorts is top notch. Good rooms. Big hall for small events and a huge lawn for outdoor functions. I guess this is the best place for holding a wedding.
