Mango Hill Shola Ooty

The rooms are spacious and with best in class amenities. Smart tv and heater is added feature. Check in, check out was smooth and we didn't have to wait. Restaurant food could have been better. The restaurant is small for amount of rooms and gets crowded easily. So, there's always waiting for 5-10 minutes. The Mango Hill Shola Ooty staff insists on taking buffet and their operational weight goes into buffet system more than ala carte. So, ala cart a service is generally slower and most of the menu was unavailable. However, there are limited veg options, so going for buffet as vegetarian person did not make sense for us.

very nicely manage property! recommended for family. All staff are friendly and well behaved. Pooja at the front desk was very supportive. just to keep in mind the nearby property location you do not find anything but nature. if you look at the pace of mind just go for it 👍

Booked this resort for deluxe suit but they upgraded us to junior villa. Also the check in time was 1pm but we checked in at 11 am. The rooms are excellent. The food is tasty. Also the staff is friendly. Will recommend this place especially for couples.

The property is very neatly maintained with spacious rooms. The staff is very proactive and well trained. They have a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner which was included in our package. Overall a great place to stay at!

Brand new property. Clean, good interiors, great choice for breakfast. However the approach is very narrow, location is at the end of the city, dinner is mostly buffet as limited choices and waiting for ala carte menu.

The stay was very good, the rooms were neat and the hospitality was very good. Campfire was there.
