Room service worst not cleaning proparty not maintaining room rent also high ................... food facility zero

not even a water bottle was provided we requested for it many times yet it was not provided until we checked out

worst room no clening no maintenance rate also high customer support zero don't select this resort

good and excellent service nice view and valuable cost in touriest place I hope try next time thanks

Resort was not worth and was very outdated Horribly old and not clean. Bed sheets torn and not clean at all

Good Resort but low maintenance

excellent stay.Beautiful location.At the foothills of western ghats.Due to off season restaurant was not operative,but staff arranged outside food by 2 wheeler delivery boys.we saw peacocks in the resort.We will come again.

Not maintained properly. Bad smell in the room. We couldn't use the blanket(not washed )due to the bad smell not worth of the money we paid for the poorly maintained property. Tv channels not available. Heater was not working. Latches on the door broken.

Pretty poor ambience and poorly maintained rooms. No soap, towel and hot water believe it or not! no restaurant to provide even tea/coffee

I never seen such a terrible resort in and around courtallam. They were not providing breakfast because of cook obscene. The television provided in the room was not working. The room was not maintained properly and not provided toiletries as mentioned. Not suitable for families.

There is a scope to improve room service, food, water ( received one bottle per cottage, not received fresh-up kit ( tooth paster, brush, )

They are not taking care of the guest and zero knowledge of hospitality. Need to improve the guest service.

Rest room water tap was hanging. Hot water tap was not traceable. Two men at the kitchen was not polite. Hotel photos looks good but reality is hotel was not clean and maintainence was very poor

Fecilities like hot water, a/c and tv are not working. Also transparent window bathroom provided(how ladies accept it. After complaints they changed room with less number of bed and bad smelly one. Very bad experience.

Checked in around 9 pm. Water was not available in restroom. Took three hours for them to look into and fix it. Even though kids and elders were there. The same issue happened the day day morning too. Owner didn’t feel sorry for it. Charged additional bill in restaurant for kids

As Soon I came the guy in the Restaurant asked why I booked Via make my trip and not book directly. There was No water from Evening 4 pm till 10 pm. Food was very bad, We did not have free breakfast, We had Idly and vada , Price OK but size was Like mini idly. when we returned to room in the evening there was a frog. Waste Of Money.

Individual cottages with lot of private space.

You charged more than rs. 2500, but there in the hotel they charge only rs. 2000.
