Best option in Darbhanga for night stay. Staff behave softly and politely. Rooms are well maintained. Services are good.

Hi, stayed there for 02 night and my experience is with hotel is very excellent. Good food and nice service. Better than any other hotel near by.

Location is good, near the airport but the city is pretty awful. Considering the city, hotel is ok ok with average cleanliness and food

I visited Darbhanga on an official trip and stayed in three hotels. Mango Tree Hotel was one of them. Considering the price paid, it offers good value for money. However, the thing I absolutely could not accept was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast provided had a severe lack of variety/items. Even though I went exactly on time, there were hardly any dishes available. I did not see any of the items usually served at hotels of this kind. The room I was given did not have a chair, as claimed . I also noticed that the water in the bathroom did not drain properly and stagnated after a shower. Additionally, there was no floor mat in the room to absorb water when stepping out of the bathroom. The room itself was clean (hygienic), but the management has not paid attention to these specific details

The phone in the room was not working, breakfast was not good and non hygienic . Behaviour of Staff was also not satisfactory

The bathroom fixtures (geyser, taps) were not working. AC was also not working well. Can improve these services.

I hv stayed in this hotel many times. This time it was horrible. Rooms had insects moving around on the floor. Room service was terrible. called at 7.30 am for tea. Told to call at 8 am. Called at 8 am placed the order for just 1 cup of tea. Ot did not come till 8.45 am. Called again and they seemed to be ignorant of the order. When I shouted, the person came with tea and when questioned said that milk was not there. Can you believe this. When informed the reception, I was told to complain to management as they are helpless
