Mango Village Palakkad

Location and amenities are excellent.If you are planning on the holiday or weekend you may feel traffic in the last 2km driving. If you are planning with 4 members family(2 Adults and 2 kids) my recommendation is don't go for booking standard room.

Entirely shit experience, actually i book this expensive stay to get good hospitality service. Here i am rating their service as 0 . They are actually killing the tourism sector of kollengode, by utilizing the situation, there is no other big resorts. It cost me around 11,000rs for two for a day, really pathetic service. They tell that some silly adventure activities are included in the package (for kids, for adults its a huge shit) , swimming pool is like panchayat pond, less hygiene . They definitely need to reduce their price or need to improve their service, from 0 to atleast 7 out of 10. Their restaurant is also a shit, not much menu and the food included in menu is next disaster . Their complimentary breakfast is also below average. They need to cut their price to 4000rs from 11k atleast, then only it would be somewhat worthy

It is a more over like a home stay and not a resort or 3 star property. They ate blessed with natural beauty and do have few outdoor games. Accommodation: rooms are not at par for what we pay for. Door itself is cracked and they need maintenance. Staff is very friendly especially outdoor games staff. Reception staff are trainees and do not have any cs experience. They dont have restaurant in location, food is limited to that they offer. Breakfast will be served only after 9 am, even we request for early breakfast at 8 am, they wot n serve.

This is one of the excellent and undiscovered places around this place! we came here to be pleasantly surprised by the facilities: we stayed in a cottage and it was well furnished and very clean, including linen. More than the rooms, the speciality is the place. It is set in a natural setting, with the neliampathy hills as the backdrop (base of the place where we stay. The hills are visible from the bedroom. There are some play activities like zip line, cycling, rope walking over a natural pond etc. One can leisurely sit on a tree top type platform, or other places. It is very breezy and a good break from the hectic noisy environment of our daily life. The owners and their immediate family are there to take care of every need and they are very sincere and kind to be of help when needed. The food we had was also good. There is a nearby attraction called seetharkund which is a walkable place from here and one can trek on the rocky path if interested. So overall 6 rating for this place.

Stay was just ok in this facility. Good location and ambiance. But rest rooms, food, bed etc are not up to the mark. General cleanliness and maintenance need attention.

I recently stayed at mango village resort and had a fantastic experience. The staff provided excellent treatment, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was delightful, enhancing the overall stay. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend mango village resort for a relaxing getaway.

The location of this resort is too good. On the foothills, breeze was heavenly surrounded by trees and nature. Food was too good. Overall, a very peacefylul stay with family.

The location of the property was good and beautiful. However, cleanliness, facilities and safety were not up to the mark. The bathroom was not clean and it had smelled bad. Their food arrangement also was not good.

I loved the Palakkad trip with my wife at the property. Great hospitality. Staffs were mannered. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The location was good, all the nearby attractions that were within walking distance. Would recommend the property to others.

Basically a homestay with facilities like swimming pool, kids play area and a few rope activities like crossing the pond, etc. The homestay is in a growing phase and they are adding amenities. Located in a peaceful place and is truly a village in all aspects. The homestay is located quite interior from the village road. Food and hospitality is very good. Don't expect resort-like mini facilities. Good view of Nelliampathy Hills and see around waterfalls. Staff and proprietor are very helping and ready to attend you. Overall 3.8/5.

The location has of mountain view. With water Falls during monsoon seasons. Full of Mango plantations. We saw peacocks and other animals around. The owners and staff of Mango village were friendly and amazing. Food was made to order and Jackfruit Paysam stole our hearts. We will definitely come back to this dream vacation.
