MakeMyTrip offered me a complimentary upgrade, but the hotel denied it saying no upgraded rooms were available. Later, after I had already checked out and reached the airport, the hotel manager called me saying he had forgotten to add the breakfast bill and asked me to pay it afterwards

Overall good/ average. Rooms are clean but small size. Food taste is average

The property is at good location. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Pure veg options are there too, which is very important for vegetarians. The staff is really nice and supportive. The roms are spacious, clean and all basic amenities are available.

I had a wonderful experience, tge contact person personally contacted me to take care of all logistical planning. The room was very spacicious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and professional and the location of the hotel is very convenient with access to a lot of restaurants nearby incl-using an interesting roof top restaurant at the hotel itself. Overall a brilliant expetience
