Mannat residency by iO Hotels

The Mannat residency by iO Hotels located on main road which make easy and hustle free access to the property. Hotel maintained very well room are good in space , hygiene maintained well. Food is very good tasty at good price range. Its just 6 month old property new and looks meat and clean overall i enjoyed my stay. Few things were i want to mentioned here are. The Lady at reception Ms. Dimple is very rude she straightway decline for every request her way talking is very aggressive . She very adamant. I would request Mannat residency by iO Hotels management to please arrange some hospitality classes for her where she can learn basic of hospitality. Our train tickets were not confirmed and we have go catch bus in night i asked her to stay in the same room till 6 pm she declined latter on one of his colleague allowed to us stay in the room. We lost room key they charged us INR 300 which way higher than key cost. Even water bottle was charged. Overall the property is amazing staff like Ms. Dimple need to learn hospitality. Suggestion for management please introduce laundry service. Half day charges for the say is very high i paid for full day amount the same amount charged for half day.

Our stay was very pleasant at this Mannat residency by iO Hotels. The Mannat residency by iO Hotels staff was very helpful and cooperative. The food was delicious especially the breakfast buffet. They serve fresh food and different varieties everyday. The price was very reasonable and quality food was offered. We checked out a little late but they didn't make any trouble for the same. I'll definitely refer to my friends and family whoever will visit Amritsar next time. Hotel location was good as well, Parking was available. All places like Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Museum and all markets are very nearby like within 15 mins distance. Hotel was located on the main road so you can easily get an auto rickshaw. Even in our case, the Hotel security guard was so helpful, he guided our auto where to go and how to go there without any traffic. All other basic amenities are available at the Mannat residency by iO Hotels. They have a beautifully decorated Terrace also where you can spend time. Our overall experience was very very smooth and excellent service 👍

Loved the booking process, the stay at ‘mannat residency’in amritsar was very very good, wish we could use the whole stay but we had to leave early. All the staffs were so kind and nice and helped with cab bookings too. Also we opted for food the food provided by Mannat residency by iO Hotels was good too. The overall experience was great, would love to visit again.

We traveled as a family to Amritsar. The Mannat residency by iO Hotels is conveniently located near Gurudwara Shaheedan Sahib. Rooms were neat and clean. Didn't have food here as we wanted to try the specialties of Amritsar. The only problem we faced was the supply of hot water early morning in one of the rooms. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

We travel-led as a family and had good experience staying at this Mannat residency by iO Hotels. Location being nearer to golden temple /museum & other shopping was easier to commute. Further, Mannat residency by iO Hotels is neat and clean with good interiors. Added to this the food is good and the staff was very professional and helpful

Mannat apart from being a good decent stay option near harminder sahab, has a very supportive and excellent staff which makes the stay even more memorable. Delicasies prepared and served in house restaurant is like a cherry on a cake

The Mannat residency by iO Hotels is perfect with very good rooms and excellent condition, the have spacious car parking also. The Mannat residency by iO Hotels is around 4 km away from the golden temple and jaliawala bagh.

Stay was amazing with good food that too at a budgeted price. Will prefer again whenever i visit amritsar next time
