Average. Rooms are okay. Service is not as it should be. Parking is far away from hotel and you have to wait to open the parking area by security. Sometimes even they take 20-30 mins to open the parking area.

Room is ok but washroom is very congested even in executive rooms. Found on MMT, food is ok, service is bit slow.

Overall experience was good Good people to deal with.

Property is fine, though the rooms are slightly smaller. The car parking they have is open and not in the hotel premises. The food is good but the chef makes dishes according to his style irrespective of the description, so please ask the server if you want them exactly as described in the menu.

The washroom door was damaged and was barely holding on with only two hinges remaining. The basin faucet was also loose and would come off every time the tap was used. The food was average.

Nice Property clean and hygiene Room Value for Money but Hotel is far from Station and Golden temple

Had a bad experience with booking from MakeMyTrip and then at the hotel. While booking the room on make my trip, the room image of the deluxe room was different then what was shown to us at the property. After travelling for 9 hrs with a tired 3 year old, the mmt team was of no help but the hotel later gave us a different room as per the image that was shown to us. But then again problem started and this time from hotel end. They gave us a room just next to their banquet hall and there was a party going on with loud music. So again I had to call mmt team and get the room changed and now got a different room but that room was not as per the images which i saw while booking. So back to square one. This was really an unpleasant experience both due to mmt and hotel equally responsible.

Quaint and peaceful, Premium room . Best amenities. Professional and courteous staff. Food is Great. SMART TV is a blessing.

Good facilities and clean and proper hygiene room. The interior of the room is as shown in the booking quite and pleasant room with air condition working properly

The staff was extremely inefficient in fulfilling basic requests. I asked for a cloth iron multiple times. Ultimately the iron provided had sticky liquid under the surface which spoiled my expensive piece of clothing. No apologies rendered. Additionally, I asked for a little extended check-out as I have a 6 month old infant who was cranky. They were rude to initially decline it, were constantly putting pressure and ultimately, with a lot of difficulty, accepted the request for a small period of time. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location is very poor outside the city

Overall a good experience. Clean and spacious room. Courteous staff. Located away from the Golden Temple and the price is slightly higher for that location.
