Manor Backwater Resort

Location is good, but resort is not maintained properly, rooms arrangements and facilities are average and dirty rooms.. additionally, Hotel facilities are not available.

Location of resort is good and rooms are good. No full time restaurant in the resort. We need to walk 700m to find a restaurant. Staffs are good and service is excellent.

Its terroble!after watching video we were excited to visit the place but once we reach there we were startled to see the pathetic condition of your resort actually not resort a lodge. Already paid money its not refund then also we left from there we lost money its cheating u r uploading a video and the place is entirely different. Will not cone again n not re-command anybody there

Good hotel but with old furniture. The staff is so supportive. You might be alone in the entire hotel but you are safe too. And that's the main positive point of this hotel. Overall a good experience.

Yes. Place was nice. But the rooms were too old and most of them were under repair. Problem with ac and toilet doors. Pool were not so clean and phone were not working in room. No wifi service available

The stay was terrible. This particular property is not ready to host any quests. This property does not have kitchen and so one has to arrange their food by stepping outside property everytime.

I acknowledged about this resort . As the images on the site were so fascinating, i got impressed with the ambience and booked this resort to enjoy my vacation. But once i reached this resort, the first thing that came to my notice was that it not at all hygienic and the main issue we faced there was regarding electricity. There was no electricity throughout and no one was available in the front desk for help too. As it was raining heavily we struggled alot without electricity and had to vacate the resort that evening itself. I will never recommend this resort ever to anyone. It was such a pathetic situation we ever faced. Such a horrible experience.

We reached the gate and found the gates were closed only to find they were not ready for guests. Spoke to one staff who said that he is the only person and we will be the only guest. He suggested to cancel the booking and ask for refund. He also promised to initiate to refund the payment. Since we didn’t stay, i need my money back. Please let me know if you have any questions.
