Worest experience in hotel staff Not good place to family and girls The behavior of the staff is not good and the food is not good at all

Very bad hotel, it is nothing even close to what is described, no facilities were provided that were mentioned in the details, it is very basic third grade hotel

It was a bad experience, access card wasn't working had to run around reception multiple time, room was stinky and not clean.

Property's location, food, and amenities are okay but the cleaning and washroom conditions are bad. Cockroaches run across the washroom and beds are not properly cleaned.

The room is nee t and clean but the bedsheet and blankets is not clean. And the toilet wants to be more clean and one pipe is not working overall it's good

Very dirty bathroom and restaurant service was also poor. Room was suffocating so requested to change the room

Got an invalid room card to be replaced again have to visit reception with luggages. Non english speaker at the reception gave the same room to my boss who booked higher grade with higher rate. Full of smell of cockroaches and they are here and there. During prayer, one cockroach came to my leg and disturbed me.

Location best, just 2 mins walk from railway station. Breakfast great, staff very good. Room average

The room which is allotted stinked. The washroom doesn't look neat and there is no cleanliness at all. We have to order room service the moment we stepped in. The staff is helpful but the room is not at all good. Breakfast is okayish, nothing great. Overall not a good experience

Hotel premises, rooms are very clean & neat, staff are co-operative, excellent exprience, when i was going for shaving, hotel staff provided me shaving kit.

It was a good hotel, near to majestic metro, and buses good location very reasonable price the breakfast should be improved. Hotel is clean staff are very nice breakfast area is to hot, they need to put a ac there other everything is good

This is my honest review. First of the room is very poor and washroom is also type of baba aadam ke jamane. And they don’t allow zomato delivery partner. Aapko khud apna food lene niche jana pdega or reception vala bhi ni leta hai apka food.

Terrible experience, hotel is very old not maintained well. Pathetic, not suggestible for families. Request mm t to suggest good hotels for the families at least

Services were good no issues with anything check in was smooth everything was on point and check out was good as well staff was polite
