The villa was very clean and neat. The staff was very helpful. They even gave us early check in understanding our situation. The property was the same as promised on makemy trip. I would recommend everyone who is going to goa. The manager mr. Manoj was very humble and good in communication as we then felt good abt the whole stay. Thank you for having us.

There were issues with the ac and cooling for 2 rooms in 1 of the villas. This does not make it a great experience, especially during peak summer time. We told the reception about the problem and they sent a guy to check, but the guy simply gave some excuse and said it's started cooling. Unavailability of cutlery and finding grease in the swimming pool were another few issues to note.

Hi, Thanks for your review. When you informed us that the AC was not cooling, we immediately called a technician and got the issue fixed. There was no excuse given. If you had requested us for extra cutlery we would have been happy to provide you the same. We are surprised that you say you found grease in the pool, the pool is filtered and manually cleaned every single day.

We were a group of five, Space is adequate and cleanliness is good. Good staff.only con is that You’ll have to travel for 30-40 mins for going to happening places near beaches.

Food, mobile network and seurity

No proper crockery was in kitchen. Even they don't have the same glass. Also no security in the campus and mobile connectivity is also poor even we can't talk to any one

You have contacted mm t and claimed that you have stayed for only one night, out of your three night stay and requested a refund, which was denied to you because you have stayed all three nights, hence we understand where your negative review is coming from. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cutlery/crockery, and if you required anything extra, we would have been happy to provide you with the same. You claim that there was no security which is untrue, the villa is in a gated community with 24/7 security and cameras. Mobile connectivity is poor everywhere in goa and this is obviously not within our control.

Beautiful villa.

The place is very beautiful, clean and tidy. Very photogenic. Has perfect security. Maintenance is top notch. Very polite people. The pool is always clean. Loved everything about the place. Just one problem is that there are network issues over here. But they have wifi.

groupThe villa was great! The staff was friendly. The restaurant was lazy in taking and serving food orders, it took us more than an hour sometimes. I appreciate the Makemytrip customer service team in helping me and other guest and guiding me to pay without any hassles.
