Raghavendra the property owner is very cooperative and has provided good information about the places to be visited during the stay. Location is around 400 meters from the main temple. Shri. Raghavendra has provided an auto rickshaw for going and returning to the temple and other places. There is no food facility and kitchen facility at the property. He should provide towels to the guest if possible. I stayed at room number 103. Mirror, basin and a stool should be provided at the appropriate place. Rooms were clean. Shri. Ramu was the attendant who helped us in bringing water bottles from outside. He is very cooperative.

Perfect home stay for ladies, clean and hygienic rooms. Owner of the property has co-ordinated with us from the day of our booking and ensured smooth check-in and check out. It is our first visit to mantralya but with the help &guidance of the owner everything went well. The best parts are they care about customers at most priority, care taker will be available 24x7 at the property. They have provided almost 9 extra hours without extra charges for check out and auto for railway station by considering our safety at midnight.

The home stay is approximately 400 mts from the main temple. The family room was very spacious and maintained very clean. The owner had the courtesy to arrange for a drop and pickup from the temple and provided lot of information on nearby sightseeing also. Helped arrange for cabs for other requirements. Overall an excellent stay ! i strongly recommend this place for people looking for a quite and homely place to stay especially for families

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room is pretty good though a bit far from the temple. But this is not a problem because ramu is always ready to drop to the temple in the auto. He also helped us with anything we need. The room is hosted by the priests of devi manchalamma. They are regularly checking on you to see if everything is okay and provide you with great details of everything around. Thanks to all of them for a wonderful stay

Rating 3 star as my overall property experience in the home stay. There is lot of improvements to be made in the property hence this rating. However, i give 5 star rating only to the owners santosh and raghavendra for their impeccable hospitality and services. They took good care of me from the time of booking till i left after a great pilgrimage ensuring everything was taken care.

Had pleasent stay in the property the owner santosh helped to book cab from railay station and also dropped us to bus stand he also arranged seva tickets (had long queue in counters) coming to property it is 5 mins walk from temple and has decent facilities best thing is it has heater instead relying on morning hotwater

It was amazing stay with all the facilities and there was regular maintenance, rooms were clean, bedsheets were washed and washroom was too clean. The owner is friendly helped with suggestions. I recommend this stay as it was cheaper than other stays with all facilities and clean. Okay

Mantralayam home stay really one of the best home stay i ever stayed, they hosted well and given good guidance on how to go to temple and what all poojas to be done the rooms were very clean n hygiene

Accommodation is good but it's doesn't suit for elderly and knee pain person unable to climb the steps. Youngest okay this accommodation their is no food only accommodation.
