The hotel's ambience and view were too good. It was near to the mall road. But the cleanliness, toiletries were missing. Wifi was not working. The hotel authorities should pay attention to these important issues for the customers.

Staff is rude. Bill was not provided. Just a guest card was given with charges and was asked to pay. Staff at reception was very rude when asked for bill. I have taken package of room plus breakfast. Breakfast was never on time and i have to delay the future plans multiple times.

It was a okay stay here. We had to remind them for all facilities needed. Broken heater, broken curtain road, but anyway they fixed all. Just that we wasted some of our time with them unnecessarily )

Not good, hot water was not available in the room in winter. They arranged another room which has geyser. Disappointed.

Rooms not clean, linen not washed properly, no view from the room, careless staff not bothered at all

1) no water in washroom after so many request to house keeping still didnt rectified very worst experince 2)no cleanliness pic of dirtiness is attached with this 3) staff is not friendly

Hotel staff is unfriendly as i went manali in a peak time they don't want to hear anything tooth kit in bathroom as well as no towel in bathroom

I cannot express my frustration in words wish i would have not choose this hotel completely waste of money you will not even get water to drink in your room, room service will not listen to your request you will be at the grace of hotel staff despite of simple request to send water to the room after multiple calls i personally went to the reception to get some water and explain this to hotel manager his words don’t tell me the story tell what you want. Extremely unhygienic food hotel staff not wearing mask nor wearing cap twice we found hair and thread in our door post complaining to the manager again same nothing was done. I will take this to consumer court as i wasted good amount of money as this hotel and staff don’t know h of hospitality i will raise this to tourism department as well. Don, t waste your money on this hotel as this will add frustration i will never going to recommend this hotel to anyone as i saw multiple customer fighting and complaining about service and cleaning dont don't waste your heard earned money and spoil your mood

1. Don't expect any safety measure, there was no temperature check, no sanitization, no masks, nothing. 2. Location: 2km before mall road so you will have to take the transportation service, no matter what. 3. Food: they don't serve in room after 7pm as they start their buffet system so don't expect anything. 3. Service: you will be welcomed by an arrogant receptionist and moreover even if you have requested for 2 hours early check-in still they will not put in any effort for you, we made 2 calls in advance in which they accepted our early check-in request and at the time of our arrival we waited for 5 straight hours for the disguise and dirty room, which obviously is not the one that you see in pictures and book.

It was good but I can lot be improved.

We booked this hotel through make my trip. There were many thoughts about the rooms that we actually booked. Either we may get same rooms as we see in picture or vice versa. But we got the same room as we saw in picture. The rooms were clean and tidy. Room service was also awesome. Within 5 to 10 minutes tea or food is served once after our order. Also, whatever questions or for required information on Manali we contacted the receptionist. He was also very informative. Overall a nice and wonderful experience in this hotel.

Location is very near to bus stand which is good and food also nice.

Best hotel, excellent service, great food.
