Maple Retreat

Just as the title suggests, it was a good stay. To highlight the good points first, the food (breakfast and dinner was OK) with the menu changing every day. I never had to starve looking at the variety of food. It was just like ghar ka khaana. I expected a lower standard of food since they were providing breakfast and lunch at a very reasonable price, but the quality was above what I expected. The room service was quick. Rooms were cleaned everyday. View was very nice from our room #217 with the mountains, trees and Beas river. Please make sure that you ask for a room towards the front side, otherwise the room will have no view as such. Coming to the negative points. The Maple Retreat is located at a walk of around half and hour to 45 minutes from the mall road. 45 minutes while going there since it is located uphill. The food was nothing extraordinary as you would expect in Maple Retreat buffets, Do not go with very high expectations and you will be happy. There was no separator between the toilet and the area you bathe and thus the whole toilet gets wet once you take a shower which I hated. In case you want a Maple Retreat near mall road, there are other good options located nearby. If you just need a good Maple Retreat and are OK travelling by cabs or have your own conveyance, I would recommend the Maple Retreats on Naggar Road.

I was truly happy about my decision to book maple retreat room, once I entered my room at Maple Retreat. It was at very competitive price and everything was perfect from travelers point of view, like situated on main road at walking distance from mall road and volvo bus stand, situated at the bank of river and rooms having great views of snow capped peaks. Other facilities like room service, meals (BreakFast and dinner) and other snacs, 24hr hot water supply etc were really good. They also give unlimited complementary tea and coffee !!! Plus, they have very cordial - cooperative staff. So full marks from my side.

The overall experience was satisfactory, newly constructed Maple Retreat, good furniture, room amenities, not very spacious rooms but enough space, bathrooms are clean maintained, staff is very cooperative, food is okay. Slightly overpriced, may be due to pick season, good parking space. Very prominent location. One can surely consider staying in this Maple Retreat but prices needs to be bring down. 3000 grand is fairly good price for this category of the Maple Retreat.

Happy with rooms. But not happy with room charges, I had booked with MMT but there was no options for room selection without food which is not good, As a traveler I had paid the food charges but not consumed. Please don't mandate food with rooms. Food is good, Location is very prime. Easy to go anywhere from Maple Retreat. The staff is very supportive. Overall experience is nice, I will recommend to friends and relatives.

Location of Maple Retreat is very good as it is located near Manali Bus Stand. Views from the rooms are eye pleasing. Rooms are available with two meals (breakfast and dinner) which is through buffet system. Menu includes both veg and non veg items. Electric kettle is also provided in the rooms. Staff is okay and the room service is little slow. Overall the Maple Retreat is nice and tidy with all basic amenities.

One of the finest Maple Retreat of Manali. Its a new Maple Retreat so they always make an attempt to do bit extra, and it is highly appreciable. Room cleanliness, ambience and size are amazing. Location is bit on outscirt but not bad. Food, service shd also be given full marks. My next trip whenever in Manali would be always in this Maple Retreat.

This Maple Retreat is awesome. Best rooms, best ambiance, food quality is also good... Moreover the location is perfect. Very close to Volvo Bus Stand and The Mall Road. We had a memorable stay with all the facilities available at just a ring. Staff and house keeping provided the best hospitality to us.. A place worth a stay at a good cost.

Stayed here for a night, staff of the Maple Retreat was cooperative, location is easy to trace, had dinner at the Maple Retreat it was also tasty so in my view its worth to book this Maple Retreat at this price, I recommend this Maple Retreat to others if they want pleasnt stay. Even if you are with your or with family

Delicious breakfast and dinner. Easy check in. And comfortable stay. Room service was up to the mark. Had few concerns with some smell in the room but it was addressed immediately. The reception people were helpful to suggest places to cover and how plan the trip.

Location and cleaning is good in Maple Retreat.

The Maple Retreat staff was very good, especially to mention Mr. Ramesh Thakur and Mr. Rahul Mehra as they tried to provide best hospitality services. The location was also good as it is not far from mall road. The buffet and the room service was good too.

Stayed there for a night .. Room was clean and spacious with the perfect view of hills .. Best thing about the Maple Retreat is .. Its location which is near to every spot of Manali whether you want to go to mall road, vashisht. At last I loved the place
