Mapusa Residency

The stay was good, the house keeping guys are really helpful, except for one front office female. The receptionist. Who seemed to be a goan catholic. Boy cut hair and a little healty female was on a night shift on the 11th of dec. She was very rude. Did not speak polietly. Whn i called askn for water. She jus banged the phone without even confirming the request will be attended. She din seem to be very welcoming. The lady infact on the day shift on 12th dc aftanoon was very sweet and smiling. J us one experience can ruin your trip. Rest all was good.

Front office personnel are not very cordial. At first they allotted a room which was very shabby and with foul smell as there was fungus on the wall. After complaining they allotted a better room. Plus points of the Mapusa Residency are vicinity to Mapusa bus stand and 24 hours hot water. Room was okay except for the wooden cupboard where no one would like to hang their clothes. Food in the restaurant is above average, however the staff there is very courteous. As compared to the Mapusa Residency rent we can say the facilities are adequate.

mapusa residency provides very friendly stay in the central location of north goa. on the way through one can go to parra coconut road. staff is very decent co-operate and make adjustments as per feasibility. very good options available for pure vegetarian in nearby locations in budget. overall very good stay.. on peak season, beach side resorts will cost more, so this residency proves to be pocket friendly.

I had a comfortable stay at the mapusa residency. It is in a very convenient location close to the mapusa market and within walking distance of a number of restaurants, cafes and a couple of nice parks. For those without their own transport the bus depot is just across the road. The non ac room was basic but large, clean and noise free with the two windows looking out on a lot of greenery.

2. Though room was clean there was strong smell of pesticides. Restaurant is not in operation. Corridor light was entering room through ventilation panels that lead to disturbing sleep. The reception person was repeatedly following us from 10 am for checkout even though check-out time is at 12 noon which is quiet annoying. I'll never recommend this Mapusa Residency again. Thank you

This Mapusa Residency is purely for staying only. It doesn't have cafeteria hence i have to go out for breakfast, lunch etc. The room was spacious. I liked the provision of clothes dryer. The atmosphere was peaceful. But there is no lift i was allotted room on second floor. My request for ground floor room was not allowed. Other wise the Mapusa Residency is good for family.

Some - are there but like to ignore that. Because at this budget it's ok. Overall its good. Every time i used to stay here only because it's very convenient. Food is also very good.

Awesome location. Clean room except for shabby wardrobe where you cannot hang clothes because of foul smell. 24 hours hot water. Front office needs some training. They are very curt and you feel as if you are not welcome. There is no in-house catering facility. Even for a cup of tea you have to go outside. Not supplied in the room.

Location of the Mapusa Residency is good, near to beaches and mapusa city

My stay at mapusa residency was really exciting and enjoyable one. The beds are so comfortable that you really get good sleep.

The room was big. It is under Goa tourism. They give complimentary breakfast. The Mapusa Residency restaurant is good. Very close to Mapusa bus stop and market.

Hotel is very old but rooms are very clean. Location is very nice and near to any required places. Cost is very reasonable.

Rooms are good but due to non availability of kitchen we do not set tea also. Location is very prime improvement for making at least tea coffee available should be made

Maintains clean, safety standards were maintained and regularly sanitized. Overall the property is excellent for stay in goa.

Stay is good but ceiling fan very bad condition it's a very slow motion so not sleeping well but otherwise it's a good stay and my request is please add the atleast breakfast including at morning and evening
