Just steps away from our villa, we could feel the soft sand between our toes and the gentle sea breeze against our skin. It was pure bliss. Speaking of villas, ours was a sanctuary of luxury and comfort. Impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed, it felt like our home away from home—a place where we could retreat and recharge after a day of adventure. But what truly sets this resort apart is its commitment to environmental practices. From recycling programs to energy-efficient initiatives, it's clear that preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding area is a top priority. In conclusion, our stay at this beach resort was nothing short of magical. With its delectable cuisine, exceptional staff, endless activities, pristine pool, direct beach access, well-maintained villas, and dedication to environmental sustainability, it's a destination that exceeded all of our expectations. From pre-checkin to smooth checkout with a highly curated, yet subdued experience at every step, marari beach resort is one of the best properties i have stayed in! the reception area is typical kerala fishing village style with a cool ambience - relaxes you right from the get go! the property has hundreds of native and exotic plants and trees, many of them fruiting! had mango right off the tree. The pool villa is private with a walled in pool courtyard and large spacious well designed room and bathroom. The beach is brushed, with surfing waves. Beach shack menu is loaded with around the globe food and drinks - had an exquisitely hand tossed pizza and beer! although it would help if drinks were served on the beach. The restaurant has a generous mix of local coromandel, indian and global cuisine. We cycled between them in our three day stay. I am tentative to taste non-local food in these resorts as often the preparation are mediocre at best. But not here in marari beach resort! kudos to the chef and the kitchen staff- the appams and a vials were just as great as the pasta and chole! i would recommend marari beach resort with great enthusiasm! chill!

Loved every bit of the stay, be it the garden villas, ambience of the resort or the alluring beach experience. We were given a beautiful pond facing villa. Waking up in the morning and seating in the verandah overlooking the pond was just so refreshing. Enjoyed the breakfast, huge spread and superb taste. Would have liked to have more options in lunch and dinner but the limited menu was good, so no complaints there. The beach shack restaurant is a nice cosy place serving continental food and gives a nice beach ambience. Again not too many options in the menu here. The service staff always wish you with a smile and are very polite. They were very prompt in their response and always ready to help if you need anything. The resort is right on the Marari beach having private access to the beach. It's one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in India, very well maintained and clean. You won't find any outsiders around the resort area, which kind of makes it feel like a private beach. The resort has its own private life guard for the guests and a flag signalling if the beach is safe or risky, a big thumbs up for this.

Property's location is excellent. Beach side view-you will sit there for long even after the beautiful sunset, listening to those waves. My family loved the hammock near the beach side, swing here during the night was so relaxing. All staff were really nice, the time when we enter the premises till the last minute we spent at the resort, they were always there with a smiling face for any help. Food is delicious with lots of varieties. We enjoyed every bite of it. All those inhouse activities were really enjoyable. The pool villa was so relaxing. Kids loved every sec they spent in the pool. Cleanliness has to be pointed out here. It is fully above the mark. There is so much to say but i will cut short our entire experience by one line told by our 3 year daughter " appa. Please can we stay-back in our new home. I don't want to go back from here" this was backed by my 10 year old daughter too. This was our lovely experience.

We booked this property for a night and looking at pics and reviews, was having high expectations. The reception area and the passage to the room was stinking. We checked in around 3:30 in our room but as soon as reached near the door, could spot number of mosquitoes on door. Somehow checked in the room, went to washroom area. Again same thing, hundreds of mosquitoes, and bunch of mosquitoes sitting on each towel. Obviously they had not cleaned room before allotting. My wife was heaving severe headache, as we were travel-ling from munnar. I immediately called reception and asked them to change room, they asked for 10 minutes but it took more than an hour. I could actually check in at only 4:40 finally. Then took a tour of property, it was good overall but very untidy patches at most of places. When you spend such amount, you don't expect such things from property. Food was nice, no complaints.

We had a personal experience on 20th morning when went for a beach walk/ jogging. One side (toward left of the property) beach area was filthy with human waste and stray dogs. We where cased by dogs. That evening we were told not to go towards the left side of the beach as the locals stay there and they keep the beach like that. Inside property is excellent, hygiene was up to the standards, we felt very safe inside the property. One more important thing to be mentioned is proper parking for customers car should be provided with out bird dropping. We got delayed as the car was totally dirty with bird dropping and the Marari Beach Resort Alleppey- a CGH Earth Experience staff took the car for cleaning that was very much unexpected. Which need immediate attention. Otherwise me and my family enjoyed the stay @ marari beach resort cg h.

The stay at the property was a great experience. Right from the check in the Marari Beach Resort Alleppey- a CGH Earth Experience staff was courteous and paid special attention to detail. The entire property is made in an earthen style and is a heaven for nature lovers. There are about 60 different species of birds and countless trees of various kinds to be found. A habitat of lizards, butterflies and other species has been created by the naturalist shibu bhaskar, who made sure we got the complete experience of what the property had to offer. Various other activities like fish feeding, archery, palm leave weaving were enough to keep us engaged. The beach is clean and compliments the property. Food was well prepared and hospitality was great. Would recommend staying at the property.

I visited this property in jun e first week, just with the onset of monsoon. I had one of the best resort experiences in india. We stayed in garden villa for 2 nights and did not want to leave. All the experiences from welcome drink, morning yoga, archery, salt water pool, beach, butterfly garden or evening tea cart made you yearn for more. Marari beach is adjacent to the property and was clean for the stretch where Marari Beach Resort Alleppey- a CGH Earth Experience guests used. Tea and coffee provided in room was also much different from standard dips you get at other Marari Beach Resort Alleppey- a CGH Earth Experiences. Food was amazing, we had breakfasts and dinners at the property. I will definitely be coming back with family members.

Beautiful, serene property. Staff service was excellent. We enjoyed the stay at pool villa. Room was clean. Pool was safe for kids. Food quality was excellent. Beach is walkable distance from the room.

The property is located at a beautiful location and not too far from the airport. The entire experience was amazing with the infra top notch and connectivity to the beach being amazing and the villas also top notch. Food has a lot of scope of improvement though and cab be much better.

The stay and location was amazing. It felt soo close to nature away from the city noise and pollution. The place was very welcoming and had a great experience staying here. It was worth the price.

Our family of four enjoyed our holiday there with frequent trips to the beach znd swimming pool. The pool was well maintained with clean surroundings and towels, while the beach is at a walking distance with good privacy and cleanliness. Other activities included bird watching, archery and morning yoga session. Special thanks to ms. Selma who took care of our requirements with a smiling face and even extended our check out time for a few hours!

Amazing property with brilliant hosts. Worth visiting

Being an e co beach front resort, marari doesn’t fall short of the standard set by itself. At no point do we feel that something was missing. All amenities are provided keeping in view of its e co friendly nature and every detail is tastefully interpreted. It doesn’t fall short of our expectation of beauty, activities and excellent cuisine. This is one place i can never stop dreaming about. Best wishes to the cg h team for this resort and hoping it will maintain the high standards set by itself.

We stayed at marari during our honeymoon, and it was the stay here that made our trip even more memorable. The sheer amount of activities that marari offers - private pool, large open pool, archery, cycling, kite flying, etc is commendable. We stayed here during the last 3 days of our trip, but wished that we’d stayed here for longer. Will definitely come back!

Even though it is expensive compared to other resorts, the ambience is good with an excellent beach front and big swimming pool where one can relax with family. The staff are courteous and obliging. The buffet spread for dinner and breakfast was of excellent variety and quality. The rooms are spacious, clean and have comfortable beds.
