Maratha Residency

This is a nice Maratha Residency which is cozy and comfortable. It is located on the main Ratnagiri road and just about 2 kms from the city centre. A tourist office is available on its premises. It does not have a restaurant of its own but has a tie up with an adjacent restaurant for which prompt room service is available. The staff is helpful and courteous. The only thing lacking was a tea/coffee making electric kettle. Value for money. I and my wife had an enjoyable 3 day stay.

We reached Maratha Residency at midnight. Receptionist welcomed us and quickly sent someone to get luggage and took us to the room. He turned on AC and briefed us about numbers to call and showed amenities. Morning breakfast time was starting at 8:30 am but we requested early check out and breakfast. To our surprise delicious hot breakfast was served in our room at sharp 8 am with tea for no extra charge. Loved this place, overall.

Check-in time was almost 23:00 due to train delay, receptionist good enough to book a food order when contacted 30 minutes before check-in. Very clean rooms, well equipped with ample parking. Only drawback was settlement of bill in cash as card machine non functional at checkout. Could not avail of the complimentary breakfast offered. Will recommend for staying.

It was a good stay at maratha residency, very nice Maratha Residency, clean rooms and bathroom. Staff are very helping and supportive. One drawback is that it is very far from city area but good scenery out side. Rooms are very spacious, bathroom is also spacious. I found it very nice Maratha Residencys for even family stay.

It's good Maratha Residency only nice room and other facilities problem is only they not provide any dental care and other things so you may face problems if it's unplanned journey. Breakfast is not at all good but it's okay. Overall good for accommodation only and you haven't any another choice for stay.

Awesome Maratha Residency, rooms, food and services. Really good. Will recommend to friends. Would like to visit again next time. Hotel was too close from Ratnagiri railway station and NH highway. Good staff & affordable rates. Visiting places too close from Maratha Residency.

The stay was excellent. Very neat & clean room. Over all ambience is good. Good service. Staff are very helping and courteous. Food provided was good, though they don't have their own kitchen. Location is good, though little out of town. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Location: on main road NH 166. Easy to reach. Ample parking space. Good breakfast was really nice. A new Maratha Residency is been opened up at the ground floor. Service the staff was cooperative. Seen noticeable improvement in the behavior of staff and room cleanliness.

They don't have are. O. Water purify. Only one thing they need to improve other wise according to price it's good as well as location & all this staff behave & one of the good Maratha Residency in Ratnagiri all over rating is good

I booked this room for my friend, he was quite happy with it! just a bit expensive, but otherwise it was good.

Rooms are clean and well furbished. Reception and House keeping services are good. Will prefer in house restaurant. Hope they have plans to start a restaurant as there are limited options to have food close by.

Feeling good to stay at this Maratha Residency only one need to improve that is food delivery time it's taking almost 45m to 1hr
