Kinara restaurant of the Margao Residency serves excellent food and beverage, restaurant manager and staff is very polite and well behaved. Will come back again to margao residency and also refer it to others.

Stayed here for a week for work, being a solo female traveler have to say it is really safe for girls to travel alone be it work or vacation, the staff is good, room is quiet decent and clean. Overall good management and safe area. Also the Margao Residency is right in the market area so if you fall short on your packing you can get the clothes at reasonable rate from the market.

Well maintained, clean nice margoa residency. It's very near from railway station, bus station. Recently they have added kinara multi cuisine restaurant &bar. Where you can get quality food sitting in your room. The reception manager and all other staff are very cooperative.

Margao residency is a nice and economical Margao Residency. Easily accessible in the heart of the city. Around the market area so good for shopping. Spacious comfortable rooms. This place is good for both leisures and business travellers. Good food available

Initially, allotted room was very dirty. Later, i demanded for neat room. It was good and ok for 1 night stay. We had hot water which was good and kinara restaurant for good food. As it was market place, commuting was very easy. Service was also good.

Location & suite room was good we three people stayed together. They have a restaurant name “kinara”, which serve both veg & non veg

Property is located at central part of margaon. Though government Margao Residency, it is maintained professionally.
