Everything is fine except toilet stool

Me and my family stayed here for two nights. The host siddiq is really a responsive and cool man. We were late to reach the hotel and he called us checked about our arrival and kept the room ready and check in/ out was really smooth. The place is located in right the middle of the city. It's 3 floor building, looking neat and clean. Do not expect any scenic view from the place as it is surrounded by other buildings, however, if get out and walk about a kilo meter up the hill, you can see an entire panorama view of the city. We were allotted 2 bedroom stay on the ground floor, it was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean as well and hot water was available from 7am to 10 pm. The service man was really responsive, whenever we asked for tea or hot water to drink, he provided them asap. This place has parking facility as well, so if you are travel-ling with car, no need to worry about parking. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, nothing much to complain about this place. Suggestion to hotel management: there's a lawn in the ground floor, please clean it and arrange the chairs, it would be great for tourists to sit there and relax. Also, you can do something in the terrace, to have scenic view or have relax time.

Room was good clean and hotel staff is very helpful. Hot water for the shower is available but one thing they don't provide towels so carry your own.

The location was good and easy to reach. The property was clean. The facilities and amenities they provided needed to improve more. The caretaker was helpful. I would like to recommend this to others.

The room was spacious, the location was fine, the receptionist and fellow worker of the hotel were polite and helpful food is not available, only tea and coffee available that too in the morning only, overall it's a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were good but hotel lacks the facilities like TV recharge. Moreover they won't provide soap and towels so it was unexpected thing for us. It's was biting cold so would suggest that you carry sweaters or jacket. 3/5.

The location of the property was very easily accessible. The caretaker was good and well behaved. Overall it was a comfortable stay for us. The surroundings were very peaceful but little isolated roads. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

They provide you with all the facilities except towels, soaps and coil. The staff is quite helpful. The bedding was in a good condition and quite reasonable for a double bedroom
