It is good for solo travelers or couples, not that much comfortable for families. The property is too old and requires some maintenance.

Inside the premises there is a facility of the restaurant which can be availed on direct basis and if you just move out of the gate there are many food eating restaurant . Property location good, it is 1.5 kms approx from Benaulim beach, lots of shops nearby. All amenities fine.

Apartment was decent and reception by maria the care taker was satisfying. The things started going wrong from next day. At first ceiling fan in living was noticed to have stopped regulating. Then there was power failure in half of living and toilet due to suspended repairs for want of material. By evening the refrigerator stopped working spoiling our eatables. Due to repeated problems maria probably got irritated and stopped attending the call as well as wa msgs. When i pointed her out about necessity of regular maintenance, she neglected the suggestion and on contrary started arguing in funny manner that, how everything was nice and working before we checked in. Water tap of the kitchen sink started continuously leaking from second day morning & the plumber who attended the job mal-repaired it. The leakage increased so much so that half of the bedroom and kitchen were floating by late afternoon. And we had to take up unexpected and humongous task of wiping the floor for almost half a day before tap was replaced. Of course, twice there was single phasing problem. The care takers need hospitality training and sincere approach to customer wooes. When and how i can avail this discouu. When and how i can avail this discount?

It was a very nice place to stay and the view was very nice. It feels like a home. And the surroundings were very good. And its affordable price near bennalium beach.

Our stay in this studio apartment was good and nice. Host is very hospitable and there to take care at minute level. Suggest to mention floor number as second floor, so senior citizens can decide. Also if washroom and kitchen could be little better. Also request to send cleaner once a day during the stay. Otherwise everything is good. Recommended.
