Hotel is good. Ambience is also good, Mirchi Express restaurant is also offering good food, Staff is familiar.

nice place to stay service and staffs are good food is tasty here. Stayed for a week and it was pleasant stay just room service was little slow it can be improved. Mr. Balram was very helpful and restaurant staff Mr. Farhan too.

It's like a budget hotel. Toiletries were not there, I have to demand to get it. I feel they don't have any check list for the housekeepers. Room was very noisy. There was a lot of noise from the adjacent building to my room window. Couldn't sleep properly because of the disturbance.

Most horrible experience. Extremely filthy room and washroom. AC was not working, ciggerate smoke in lobby area, washroom was unclean with stink.

I was sleeping at 8pm at night suddenly the lamp glass fell on my head leaving a cut on my head and I was so scared I can't express in words. I demand a compensation from the hotel for the same. I even called the house keeping guy and have showed him everything. I want a compensation or else I will file a legal suit against them

We were a family of 9 Adults, 1 Child 5year Old & 1 Infant 9Months Old, had booked 5rooms. We had requested them for an early check in, they did give us 1room but charged us Rs 1,100 extra for that. Instead of rooms being checked out & empty they delaying the check in of other rooms. It was a horrible experience.

No maintanence toilet are very dirty ac remote npt working very worst maintenance i will not recommend this property

The Property Location is OK. The food & complimentary breakfast was good. The room was small with AC not working properly. Also no place to keep the suitcases. No hanger in the wardrobe (had to ask for it). The bathroom was not very clean.
