Marina Inn

Extremely good and peaceful stay as usual. I have been staying to choose this Marina Inn from 2012. All facilities are good. Only disappointed thing was food, not like before. I guess they ignore room service and only concentrate on dine in customers. The food was not at all good, on top it all even after repeatedly mentioning specific details of food, every time they used to change the item completely. Taste was not consistent. Overall the new restaurant is a complete disaster. Just because of food blogers this restaurant is getting customers. Stayed for 7 days and i don't think they are bothered about room service and guests who are staying in the Marina Inn.

This Marina Inn is walking distance from chennai egmore railway station and by auto through uber, rs 45- of worth from chennai central railway station. Due to its location, plenty of food outlets near egmore station and one food outlet the chennai coffee house, which serves quality food is available in addition to its own restaurant. The staff is cordial, helpful, polite and help in understanding the location of and around the city, if asked. The bus service which is far better and punctual than delhi bus service adds another commuting option apart from auto and taxi.

Good location and budget friendly, staff are nice and rooms clean. The accompanied restaurant is also good, specially chicken hotpot kadai was my favourite. Though they did mistook my order on last day and gave me different dish than what i ordered. I did contacted the manager regarding it but didn't got a resolution. Overall good place to stay, would recommend.

As a solo traveller, i was assigned a room on top floor with bit of a stinky smell in the beginning. Anyways, after keeping the windows open for a while, such smell dissipated. Good room service with billing, food and beverages. Good in-house bar. Overall the stay was good. Stayed during november' 2023 for two nights.

Everything is positive about this Marina Inn. Good location, excellent service and value for money stay. But it needs a good renovation as the ages are clearly visible in the toilets. The front desk is always on call, the food is marvelous, room services are excellent.

Its a good place to stay but i would recommend the management to think about relaxation of early check in and check out, the charges for these are really heavy for the facilities they provide there are many Marina Inns which they allow free early check in or check out.

The Marina Inn is well located, decent rooms but the common areas were reeking of cigarette and alcohol smell. What stood out the most was the courteous behavior of the front desk staff. They even waived off our late check out charges which is a really nice gesture!

Property is under renovation, hence breakfast was sent to the room. Have stayed here many times before, loved the restaurant Madarasapattinam. Unfortunately this time restaurant was closed for renovation. Otherwise experience was decent and staff were friendly.

There is no amenities like bath soap etc. Others are good, offer breakfast not provided

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Hospitality of the staffs were good. They were very kind and took care of the stay well.

Close to egmore station, sufficient car parking, very good restaurant! value for money! friendly staff!

Good and hygienic environment,

My wife and me stayed for a day and found that the room was clean and spacious enough, bathroom renovated and overall it was value for money. We tried out the breakfast the next morning and it was good too. Would recommend this Marina Inn
