Mariton Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Mariton with my family, and I wanted to share my experience. While the hotel's amenities and food were excellent, I was disappointed with the noise issue on one of the night. The loud music and partying from a nearby room mid night made it challenging for my small daughter to sleep, and despite calling the reception multiple times, the issue wasn't addressed. I hope the hotel takes necessary steps to ensure a peaceful stay for future guests, especially families with young children. Overall, the hotel has great potential, and with some improvements in noise management, it could be a top-notch stay.

Front Office staff is insensitive and lacks basic training in service. The hotel is run by interns. Me and my husband are on a road trip of north India for 20 days and usually check in late into the hotels because we travel during the day. We called a day prior (twice) requesting to allot us an open view room and not give us a last selling room. We checked in at 8 pm and they still gave us an interior room with no natural light. We did not ask for an upgrade, just a room with some natural light to start the day. They moved us after we refused to check into such a room. Our phone wasn’t working and they did nothing to fix it. Our MMT package had 3 hours complimentary late checkout which they refused to offer.

I went for short vacation trip to punjab and this hotel experience was amazing as it is located in the center of the city....we can access many nearby locations easily...and also able to spot many trains travelling near the hotel

Staff totally terrible, don't know how to attend a guest pathetic experience, no smiling faces, nothing in short

Pathetic room service. Even basic items like baby milk is delivered after 4 follow up calls and 1 hour. Please do book this hotel if you are travelling with family or kids

The stay was much more comfortable and even the staff was too familiar

They didn’t provide me discounts20% on food and beverage which were included in make my trip booking they charged full amount

Nice stay experience, expensive food and it is quite surprise that diver night stay is chargeable. Almost all hotels provide free stay to drivers. Not suitable who travel with taxi.

Room interiors were great, although we faced a lot of noise from the adjacent staff rooms , no sound proofing which made it an average stay, other than that food is actually amazing.

Everything was great , the room , ambience, staff, our stay and swimming pool was very clean. I wanted an early check in , and the reception manager agreed for that too , staff was really very good and helpful

Property's food was very tasty and facilities provided by the hotel are up to the mark. Staff of the hotel was also helpful and polite. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend my friends too.

nice clean hotel food is also good staff is courteous hotel location is preferable as Jalandhar is a small city rooms are clean

Property location is bit outside but except that everything is good.Food was awesome I really liked it. Hospitality is also good.
