Dirty linen with hairs scattered everywhere on bed. Smelly food. No hot water coming despite repeated requests in such cold morning for bathing. Breakfast was arranged on request despite it’s mentioned complimentary with room. Very limited choices in breakfast.

Stayed in single room, everything was esthetically good but practically lacked comfort. Smoking is allowed inside rooms, so there was noticeable smell inside room. Location is bit on outer side, connectivity using public transportation is challenging. Property is surrounded by many hospitals
