The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was also good but the staff was not professional and breakfast was not ready at the time so we need to compromise on that

Mariyalayam wasn't aware that we had a booking, we had to spent time to go through the records to find out we had a booking. Nobody to help with luggage, and the hotel/resort itself stood out like a sore thump in the natural beauty of Munro Island.

First there was no welcome drink as it was included in stay. Second the room was not clean, balcony was dirty with cigarettes and sheets, towels were not fresh and clean. Third, necessary toiletries were missing at the room. Four, in complementary breakfast only 2 options were there with not good taste. Overall, the stay was not worth the money spent

Pleasant stay. Staffs behavior is very nice. Location of the stay is very near to the munroe boating spot. Boating also arranged by the hotel staffs at reasonable price. One of the best stay at munroe island. Rooms are very clean restroom is very neat and clean. Overall best stay.

Hotel is good. Clean. Staff is very nice and supportive. Kerala thali was excellent. Housekeeping need some more improvement. People at reception need to improve communication skills to reduce confusion. Overall great place to stay.

Well, i had a good time staying there. The room and room service were both nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was that, the mobile number updated was wrong and it got us bit confused and worried and we had to roam around with out being able to contact the concerned person.

The stay was really comfortable and the rooms were very well maintained and modern. The food was also good here. If you are looking for a safe and cosy place that is not water front, this place will never let you down at-least from my experience. Suitable for family, couple, children etc.
