The pricing on MMT is great, though it fluctuates slightly. The location is convenient, close to Marol Metro. Online food delivery works fine, and you can sit outside to eat. The AC works well and is nicely chilled at night, which is a plus. CCTV security is available, and there's a luggage locker facility for added convenience. However, the environment isn't welcoming — a group of people stay there permanently, making it uncomfortable for outsiders. The kitchen is listed but not usable. There are water issues, and I noticed bedbugs during my stay. The bed sheets were torn in multiple places, which added to the discomfort. The wooden entrance stairs are oddly tall, and the paving stones are too short. The bathroom is average in cleanliness. If you haven’t pre-booked, they charge ₹400 per night, which is almost double the normal rate. Also, some behavioral issues were observed.

soloIt is located in an extremely filthy area industrial kind of area. Inside is clean though, but it is not for regular travellers and all looking for a place to stay. They have almost monthly permanent residents or workers who stay there. Absolutely not recommended.
