Good experience but they charged me extra 100 rs for washing of bed sheet which i found pretty unusual otherwise the experience staying there was good

Poor hygiene , Non AC room and difficult to find the location of hotel . No parking area

Staff is helping nature, property is good to stay, nee t and clean, newly made property, good main-ted

Room was very neat and clean nice behaviour of all staff. Every thing was best there.

Worst experience of the stay. We booked 2 rooms per night from 28. 12. 2024 till 30. 12. 2024 (i. E 2 rooms for 2 nights. My train was expected to arrive at 11 p. M. On 28. 12. 2024. When we arrived at the hotel around 12 a. M, the caretaker informed us that there was no room available for the one night (i. E. 28. 12. 2024 night) and our booked rooms were allotted to someone else who booked the room through different booking apps. We immediately called the caretaker number provided by mmt/ manager. After heavy arguments at 2. 00 a. M, we were offered one service room to us and asked to adjust 4 people in one room for 1 night. At that moment of time, we were left with no other option, other than to just accept that service room at 2. 00 a. M. We also asked for refund of 1 room, since we 4 people were forced to adjust in one room, the hotel staff refused to give a refund. The hotel has totally spoiled our stay experience. Never recommend this hotel to anyone

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है। फैमिली के साथ कोई भी नहीं जाना बहुत परेशान हो जाओगे। ऐसी जगह होटल है कि ढूंढने से भी नहीं मिलेगी ऊपर से रस्ते में बहुत सारे लंगूर जो आपको काफी परेशान करेंगे।लिफ्ट की कोई सुविधा नहीं है तो कोई जायदा एज वाला हो तो भूल कर भी नहीं जाना । वाराणसी में बहुत होटल है आप वहां ले लेना पर यहां नहीं। मैने तो ऑनलाइन बुक करवाया था तो पता नहीं था पर अब जब पता चला तो में नहीं चाहता कि कोई और मेरी तरह परेशान ना हो।

घटिया सर्विस कोई नहीं जाना वहां पे । लिफ्ट है नहीं और ऊपर से लोकेशन ऐसी जगह है जहां पे मिलेगा भी नहीं।
