food s not upto my mark. services are good location s good amenities are good . kitchen services are very poor

There is no wifi connect, bed not cleaned properly. toilet also not good and maintained. not worth for money

Service from the team was good … as we were in a tight schedule with our programs… didn’t get much time to spend at hotel .. and didn’t get the chance to avail the restaurant.. but overall.. we were happy

The staff was very courteous and always ready to help with whatever we needed. The location was excellent as it was next to the sea shore. Food was satisfactory with the limited items we tried.

Stay was good and the view from the room was wow as well as little scary. Staffs were friendly and food was also nice.

Bathroom consistently across two days smelt of sewage! Lots of mold around thr wash basin and the shower area.

Mixed Experience at Kannur Mascot Beach Resort We recently stayed at the Kannur Mascot Beach Resort, and while the view was indeed good, the staff behavior left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor service and unacceptable behavior from the staff. The food was terrible, to say the least. We were shocked when we ordered egg sandwiches, but were served chicken sandwiches instead, and were even charged extra for it! When we asked for a plate, the staff failed to bring it. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude. When we parked our car in a designated spot, the restaurant manager called me from my room and insisted that they would do something about there, but nothing was done even by the next morning. The person seemed to think he was in charge of the entire hotel, which was quite arrogant. Despite the poor service, I decided not to complain to MMT as I didn't want to let it ruin our stay. However, I would caution others to be prepared for similar experiences. The resort's beautiful view is overshadowed by the staff's attitude and poor service. Rating: 2/5 stars Recommendation: While the resort's location is great, the staff needs to work on their behavior and service quality. Until then, guests may want to be prepared for a mixed experience.

rooms are very average, specially standard. AC not working properly. Average food. Staff is courteous but overall service is very average

Apart from location and pool there is nothing good about this resort. Rooms are very small and not well maintained.Staff is not well trained and they are not at all bothered about the guests.Food is very sad and nothing is available what they show in the menu.

It's an awesome place to stay in kannur.Best view, food and location.Everone should stay once in his life time. Good site and food in affordable price. Loved the stay here in mascot beach resort.kaaz cafe was also awesome. Wide variety of food specially in non-vegetarian food.

The hotel's location was excellent with the sea facing room, but the quality of the room and food was quite average. We had food during dinner time, and I found the taste very ordinary. We had to remind twice to send someone for the housekeeping. Overall, it was a decent experience but it could have been much better.

Quality of the resorts has gone down. Room cleanliness, maintenance, food quality all. Its a BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, please upgrade your service.

The location of the property is amazing. it is a clear 10/10. But when it comes to the rooms and amenities it is just basic, probably 5/10. I had seen reviews calling out old and stinky bath towels and can confirm this. The towels, bedsheets and curtains are old and clearly in need of replacement. Food is good, and staff is friendly, so 7/10.

The resort is at a great location! The sea view rooms are awesome. We got upgraded to Suite, so that was also an added great experience!

It was really good.I stayed in ground floor and got an access to directly to garden and sea view. Swimming pool was also a plus point.

The stay was comfortable, location is awesome, food quality is average. staffs is polite and helpful. Rooms are in good condition. Swimming pool has best view of sea side. Very clean area. Breakfast was good.
