Mastiff Grand La Villae Lonavala

We were looking for a chilled out day off from work at a serene property in lap of nature away from the crowd. we explored many properties but eventually considering good and stay option and excellent feedback from past traveller's finalized Mastiff. The restaurant is in close proximity of nature and a very safe secure beautiful place with an very helpful cheerful ready to help staff, from lunch lunch to high tea and the dinner the food was yummy with good options for vegetarian. They provided high tea followed by karaoke option for any one to enjoy, the evening was blissful and the resort looked really beautiful in night, had ample of options fo kids to be busy. Mr Bramha was really attentive and did tool food care of all guests , The breakfast was lush and had good spread. We went for a day outing but given the food experience and hospitality would look forward to many more such trips. The rooms were well equipped and had great wifi connectivity for remote working option. would give 5 stars to the place and the staff.

The location is very good. It is nestled between mountains so the atmosphere is also cool. The rooms are good (v had booked a suite) but lot of maintenance required light lights not working. Balcony doors are not opening properly, etc. The linen and toiletries were very good. The food is excellent. The staff very very helpful. A must stay if you wish this side. One caution though, it is inside the main road and one cannot roam around as there is nothing around. If like peace n tranquility then this is the place for you.

We had a really good time at-mastiff grand la villae lonavala. To begin with the property is super clean and excellently kept. Their staff are very courteous, helpful, very warm and do their jobs well. My package was inclusive of breakfast lunch and dinner with complementary high tea. Food was really nice with a wide range of varieties. This property is located a little in the interiors but that's what makes it peaceful n calm. Access to superb view from the resort. All in all it was an excellent experience.

The stay is comfortable in spacious rooms with attached balconies, it is very near to shiv-ling point. The entire staff is very courteous and polite especially mr. Anil, brahma, chandan, sujeet, nagendra, sasmita. The amenities are all functional and kept in excellent condition. Our kids enjoyed the children play area, though there was some disturbance due to ongoing construction work. We earnestly look forward to visit the place again and would like to meet entire staff again.

The resort is not too far from the mumbai pune expressway. Though the approach road is not metalled. It is pet friendly, but a few dogs who live in the resort were a noisy lot. The restaurant service was excellent and the food was very tasty. Nice pool. Nice spacious rooms. Will definitely visit again

If you are looking for a peaceful ambience and location in lonavala. This resort is best for you. Rooms, locations, services, food everything exceeded our expectation. Location is offbeat and surrounded by mountains. Staff is always ready to help. Food is awesome.

Property was located in a valley and surrounded with hills. It’s maintained well. Food was average. Stay was comfortable. Play equipment’s were not good shape.
