Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli

The room was small but luxurious. We loved the setup of the room, but there are a few things we would like the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli to improve. The room had a strange smell when we first entered it. It dissipated over a couple of days. There was no master switch for the bathroom light, it was fully motion controlled, and would turn on randomly throughout the night. We could never have a fully dark room to sleep. The wifi kept disconnecting on and off when we tried to use the tv. Finally, we wanted to avail of room service, and had a very simple question about the food. We called twice over the period of an hour, and the service staff said they would check and get back, but no one returned the call even over one hour. We finally went down to the restaurant for our dinner about an hour after we wanted to eat.

The property is amazingly awesome, but i face one issue which Iam following up till today, i forgot my shoes in the while checking and inform the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli about it after 2 days, and then they acted on it and update me after my follow up with multiple people now its been a week and Iam yet to get my shoes as they claiming they couriered it to me. My concern is that when guest check out and ur housing take charge of cleaning and find out the belonging then don’t it becomes the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli responsibility to inform the customer instead he do the follow up. Not only that they charge me for the courier charges too strange

If you plan for imagica then this resort is must stay resort. It's just 3 mins from imagica. Resort is very clean, beautiful, looks luxurious and gracious. Rooms are very nice and specially staff are so polite and respectful at each step. I booked buffet breakfast which was just awesome with mix of all breakfast flavours. Lunch and dinner i had from it's restaurant and food was also nice. One of the best part is terrace swimming pool and attached garden. If i come to imagica then this resort is i will book again.

The Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli is located near imagica which is very convenient to stay after a tiring day in rides and water park. Hotel amenities were very good and inspite of heavy rains the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli was very clean and tidy. Breakfast is normal need to add some north indian item as well. Good parking space and the staff was very helpful in assisting in any kind of query.

Stay was comfortable however few things need improvement 1' smoking zones' next to regular rooms is not appreciated our entire lobby was reeking of cigarette smoke at times. Such zones should be place at some remote corner of the Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli 2. Not a single tv channel was subscribed to. Although the same was promised, this was not set right till the end. The staff are very polite and well mannered.

My family and i wanted to visit imagica for a day and booked this Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli on short notice. It is nice and clean with very comfortable rooms. The staff/service is excellent and driving distance from imagica is just a few minutes. The only gripe i have is that their dinner spread is sparse but overall, this was a really good experience. Would definitely revisit and strongly recommend.

I was at mastiff grand the sia palace with my wife and daughter. The Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace Suites & Banquets, Khopoli is new and very clean and bright. It looks beautiful from the inside. The staff is courteous and would not give you a chance to complain. The food was tasty as well. And they have a gym. Probably the only thing missing is a kids' pool. So we thoroughly enjoyed the place would love to come back.

Sia palace is near to imagica which makes it a preferred choice to stay. The property is really well maintained. The ambience, the reception area, lifts are all awesome. The room that we stayed was neat, clean and had all the necessary items. The food was good. We had variety of options to choose from in the breakfast. All the staff are courteous and polite. My entire family enjoyed the stay at sia palace.

Room was spacious and nice comfortable, parking space is good and very near to imagica, so any one going to imagica can stay here with good comfort.

Beautiful place and the staff is also too good. Property is closer to nature and food is amazing. One must explore
