Hotel rooms are clean and hygenic. Some staff was not wearing masks. No temperature check was present. Service was timely and staff was courteous. As we had an infant with us so the special needs were taken care of by the staff. Location is good as it is just on main road and there is a zoo nearby which is fun for kids. We took a morning walk with good views of snow capped mountains and lovely birds chirping. Food was good and homely taste.

The Mastiff Wildcrest Dharamshala (Chamunda Devi Temple) is located on the main road towards palampur and adjacent to gopalpur zoo. The property is neat and clean. The lobby, though small is decorated beautifully, giving it a modern touch in almost every aspect. The rooms are cosy and we're hygienic. The staff is polite and courteous. The food is hygienic, tasty and rates are quite reasonable. Overall, a delightful stay.

I stayed at mastiff palampur for 3 odd days. First thing i want to say that location is awesome, the staff are very nice and helpful. Ambience in the restaurant is also very good. Lastly about the room i wanna say rooms are good with a scope of further improvement.
