We had an exceptional stay at mayfair darjeeling! the property is a standout destination in itself. The staff's exceptional quality, impeccable service, and meticulous cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The breakfast and dinner spreads were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from every staff member - always friendly, smiling, and eager to please. We can't wait to return soon

Mayfair darjeeling is a very beautiful property. The wooden rooms ensure that they don't get cold from inside. The decor at the property is amazing. Their high tea experience in such cold weather was comforting. We felt like our 2 night stay was very short. We look forward to visiting darjeeling again for (1) mayfair and (2) the mahakaal temple.

Nicely situated MAYFAIR Hill Resort. The dinner buffet was quite extensive. We enjoyed the items we tried. They also have a complimentary high tea. The room we had 402 did not have a good view not sure if other rooms do. There was also a issue with the toilet which they fixed but it stopped working again. The place is a bit aged.

Mayfair's location is excellent, the property is well- maintained, the staff courteous and caring and the food is of good quality. The rooms are well appointed, neat and cleanliness is very high on the priority list. Overall, our stay was truly memorable.

Greeting i visited darjeeling for the 1st time and the hospitality at mayfair hill resort darjeeling was top notch we felt at home away from home. I would definitely like to visit mayfair hill resort darjeeling

Exceptional hospitality and MAYFAIR Hill Resort. Cannot rave enough about this MAYFAIR Hill Resort. The ambience is soo good. The staff was the best and always happy to serve any requests you may have

The food was very good staff was very polite and had provided very quick service cleanliness was great the outside view is not there, rooms are not equipped with fridge and airconditioner

It was excellent experience overall. The qualities and facilities deserved for 5 star category. Staff behaviour was excellent as well. Their desire to serve and take care was amazing!

Overall stay was amazing and the resort has lot of indoor games which is quite nice. Only slight disappointment was the food which was not that good especially north indian dishes

Excellent property, the staff is extremely polite and very very helpful. The food is scrumptious and it's a must stay if you are in darjeling.

Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, just that room 210 of heritage attic had water leaking from roof.

Food was not up to mark as per price. Require a lot of improvement.
