I stayed at Lloyds Cottage for 3 nights.Overall very good experience and service was great.Setting up of fire place in my room was very easy and since it was very cold they made sure to supply hot water bag per occupant to keep warm and also helped in relaxing my muscle after long day .Heater was there always.. Some areas of improvement will be Food.I feel taste of food was good but not worth remembering also some items were not available when i placed an order for dinner.. Also travel desk was not at all responsive .I had made a specific query but everytime i asked them they said they will get back..Ultimately i had to book from outside and also they never came back to me with their answer. These things matter when we stay at 4-5 star properties.

Had a family stay at mayfair darjeeling. It was an wonderful experience. The ambience was vibrant yet homely. The staff were very prompt and courteous. The room was great with all the necessary amenities. The heating arrangement was excellent. Only the view outside the window was disappointing. Expected much better view from such 5 star establishment. The food spread was great and the complimentary high tea in the evening was the icing on the cake. When the weather was rainy, the games room kept the kids engaged while the adults spent quality time in the cozy library browsing through some interesting books. Will be looking forward to visit this property again in future.

I used to read the reviews about this property before booking my stay here and now I am writing my honest opinions post my 4 days stay over here. Mayfair hill resort is truly a splendid place to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Be it reception or house keeping or even dining, staffs were very responsible and responsive. This place provided a soothing memory to cherish and carry ahead. Overall, a perfect stay this place offered me and I can recommend to my friends and family. Thank you

My stay at Mayfair Hill Resort Darjeeling was extremely satisfying. Everything, from the staff behaviour to the food to the room was impeccable. The most impressive part to me was the service provided. All the staff were ready to help us at a moment's notice, and with a smiling face. I will wholeheartedly recommend the Mayfair Hill Resort for future stays as well.

Mayfair darjeeling is a very beautiful property. The wooden rooms ensure that they don't get cold from inside. The decor at the property is amazing. Their high tea experience in such cold weather was comforting. We felt like our 2 night stay was very short. We look forward to visiting darjeeling again for (1) mayfair and (2) the mahakaal temple.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. So well maintained and the service is at par with any top MAYFAIR Hill Resort chain. The warmth and hospitality won me over and i can’t wait to be back. It’s located at a convenient place with walking distance to the mall and kanchenjunga view point is 1 minute walk

My entire family had a very pleasant stay at mayfair hill resort. The location is excellent, service is very good, and the food (we tried both the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner) was really good as well. The entire resort is very beautiful and well-maintained, and very photogenic. Overall, a very nice experience.

It was the best MAYFAIR Hill Resort in Darjeeling, the staffs are top notch, from front gate to room service everyone and everything is very much coordial, I got the heritage room at 5000+tax/ night and in this price range this is the best deal I could ever have

Stay was good. Facilities was nice. Food was exceptional. Overall service was very nice and cordial.

We stayed in the Executive Campbell room for three days and it was amazing. The room was warm and spacious, and every tiny detail was well thought. Even if you don't feel like traveling anywhere, just roaming around the property will make your day. Also, don't forget to check out their spa!
