Location: good, services: great, overall room size is also really nice. Great for a family, solo, couple any kind of stay. The Mayfair Hotel Rourkela staff genuinely cares and ensures you get a good experience. Hygiene and cleanliness maintained throughout. The restaurant below (supersnax) also has really good food options in reasonable price. Special thanks to rajesh ji and roopamika ji who were at the reception. Check-in experience is also convenient. Small thing: they do not have a lift or an elevator so you are travel-ling with elderly folks who can’t climb up, please reconsider. However, the staff will always facilitate and enable everything for your convenience.

From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and seamless service. The elegantly appointed room exuded comfort and style, providing a serene oasis to unwind. Impeccable attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities. The culinary experience surpassed all expectations, offering a delightful array of gourmet cuisine. Overall, my stay was truly unforgettable, and i would highly recommend this Mayfair Hotel Rourkela to anyone seeking a truly indulgent retreat.

Had booked a room for overnight stay. The people at the reception were quite professional yet friendly. They arranged for a complimentary early check in. The food at breakfast was reasonably good and people were quite well behaved and tried to be helpful. The place is beautiful. Lot of greenery and nature surrounds it. What i liked best was the e co friendly attitude. Water bottles were glass bottles, all toiletry was in glass refillable bottles. Just a small complaint. The shower was faulty.

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Mayfair Hotel Rourkela. Everything about the Mayfair Hotel Rourkela was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Mayfair Property is excellent as always. It just 10 mjns drive from Rourkela railway station. Once u entered into properly the positive vibes is there that we can get in all Mayfair’s properties. Food is excellent & reasonable too. We had food in their restaurant & had chaats also in their chaats & sweets outlet’s. Chaats was delicious & tasty. must try pls !! Room was ok types. Not such great & not such bad. Service is excellent, staff is very decent & great hospitality.

We stayed for two nights at mf rourkela. First on 1st jean and then on 29 th jean 2021. We had a very decent experience at this Mayfair Hotel Rourkela. Everything was clean and in order. The room was properly cleaned and sanitized. However on both occasion we noticed the staff at the reception were not wearing any mask. Also while entering the Mayfair Hotel Rourkela no one checked our temperature.

Right in the middle of the city, the first mayfair property of the mayfair group is a nice and lush green. Though the property is nit that big like other mayfairs, but the service level is great. Rooms are just the right size (including suites, total value for money. Breakfast buffet spread is not huge, but satisfies your all basic needs. Staff is prompt and courteous

The resort is beautiful with all amenities, staff is helpful - overall a very good experience. Also the location is very convenient and it is easy to access key locations of the city while staying here. The food is very nice. The ambience makes one feel like being in a holiday destination- away from noise and crowd

As per charges rooms are costly, Hotel service is good but not excellent. In overall good Hotel

The property was good with a prime location but small. Restaurant was open only till 10:30. Staffs are not very friendly.

Nice stay. Location, food good. Spa, massage and hair clinic facilities to be made available. Provision for driver's stay not available which poses difficult situation.

The overall experience was good but rooms were small according to the price. So request the property owner to make better rooms for holiday stay for family

It was nice stay. Good care taken. Such a nice environment to sit outside but mosquitoes although less must be eradicated, also inside rooms and wash rooms as it is not advisable to use mosquito repellent all the time
