Mayfair on Sea

Location: 9/10 property: 7/10 service: 6/10 the property is located bang on the beach with a direct access to morjim beach. The approach road to the property is not even tarred once and its a kachha road. The rooms are excellent with all kind of amedinities. A couple of things to call out is they have a fan in the bathroom and balcony, a smart tv with wifi to keep the kids engaged etc. The rooms are built on top of a platform with close to 4 ft height and i think they utilize thst space to recharge the ground water which helps the plants to grow. But that leaves a pungent drain like odour which you can clearly notice when you enter the room after some time. There is a lot of scope to improve the service here and there especially in the reception area. Coming to the swimming pool, this does not have a kids pool which is sup-rising for this category property.

Excellent location right in front of the beach, secluded private location that affords privacy and security to the guests. 5 star accommodation. Extremely clean and tastefully designed rooms. Beach is very clean and isolated for those who need privacy. The property also has lot of greenery and a beautiful small temple. Free breakfast is a great spread with a lot of variety with a mix of continental and indian food. Walking distance from nearby shacks that offer great food. Only downside is the food that’s utterly tasteless, but is compensated by its proximity to nearby shacks offering great food.

When we were looking for a beach property, was not able to find something interesting, then after multiple atttempts searching for a different vibe we found this one, reviews were mic-ed bag, but i went with my gut instinct, the property is beautiful, with lush greenery inside, beautiful pool, cottages amid-st the greenery, instantly fell in love withthis one, breakfast was good and evening a female singer performed, endlessly till we winded, the vibes are good, staff is very prompt, totally worth it. Highly recommended

Big lavish rooms with plush interiors. Each and every detail inside the room is carefully addressed for a comfortable stay. High service standards with humble staff. A beautiful inviting swimming pool. Quality restaurant with its deck right on the beach. Superb facilities all around. Nothing short of a great five star experience. It’s a new property and the approach road is kachcha and inconvenient currently. I’m sure they will take care of it soon. Morjim is the most serene beach.

Staying in a sea-facing Mayfair on Sea is a sensory treat. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves, opening the curtains to a panoramic view of the ocean stretching to the horizon, and feeling the gentle sea breeze are unforgettable experiences. During the day, you can relax in the pool. In the evening, witnessing the sunset over the water is often breathtaking. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty, creating a memorable stay.

The hospitality at the property is very good. Our experience was good right from check in till we checked out from the property. Well maintained property and the location is the best part. Sun set and morning time at the beach was superb. You need not to step out of the property. Room service was apt. Service at the breakfast time was not as good as for a four star property. Over all we had a gala time at the property.

Looking for the best place at Morjim with easy access to the beach while not compromising on service , room qualities and the food - Mayfair on Sea is the answer 😊. The staff is so friendly and always on their toes to give the best experience! p.S - the sunset views from the room are an additional bonus! Hidden gem on morjim greenary inside is veer beautiful the pool is very special, its very inviting. Staff is very cordial i am coming to this place second time. Rooms are very classy with superb colour combination. My favorite place is to stay is always this place. Staff

The Mayfair on Sea was beautifully located on the beach and the staff was very polite and courteous. The food was delectable. We were really well taken care of. Loved our stay at mayfair.
