Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati

I recently stayed at mayfair spring valley with my family on january 13th for one night. While the property itself is aesthetically pleasing and offers a comfortable stay, i must share a mixed experience we had during our check-in. Upon arrival, i was taken aback when the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati staff denied us check-in initially, citing the lack of identification for my 4-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter. Despite explaining that a parent's id should be sufficient, they insisted on individual ids for each guest, including children. As i had booked through makemytrip, the staff suggested i contact their customer support. After a call, the issue was escalated to a senior staff member at the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati, and only then were we allowed to check in. However, the entire process was time-consuming and somewhat frustrating. What further puzzled me was the requirement to sign a document stating that the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati would not be responsible for any incidents involving my son and daughter. While i understand the importance of liability waivers, it felt uncomfortable and unusual to sign such a document, especially when we consider Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahatis as our home away from home. It raised concerns about the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati's commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of its guests, particularly children. Despite these initial hiccups, the stay itself was pleasant, and the amenities provided met our expectations. The Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati's security measures were visibly stringent, with guards stationed at various corners. However, the paradox of having robust security measures in place while asking guests to sign a disclaimer raised questions about the effectiveness of their safety protocols. In conclusion, mayfair spring valley offers a comfortable stay with appealing facilities, but improvements in their check-in process and the handling of safety disclaimers, especially concerning children, could enhance the overall guest experience.

We had 3 night stay in mayfair spring-valley and had 2 rooms booked with a private pool-patio view and mountain view. Due to the property’s enormous infrastructure, managing it got a little complicated at times but we totally empathise with the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati staff because they’ve always been at our beck and call especially parth, the Mayfair Spring Valley Resort Guwahati staff and saurav, from the front desk arranged our vehicles whenever needed. Delicious food served at the bay leaf restaurant. And every space is a visual delight at all mayfair properties.

Smooth check in and check out. Gentlemen at the reception desk was very good and professional. Excellent location, lush green surroundings with hillock. Room is very spacious and hygienic with all modern fittings and a balcony to sooth your tired eyes. Excellent washroom. Very delicious food and a huge complimentary buffet breakfast layout to start your day. Overall excellent stay

Lovely stay experience! we booked via mm t and got upgraded fromexectuve to premium room. Huge room with bathtub and forest view. Loved the swimming pool. Loved the elephant statue. 10/10 to the gardners who maintain this lovely property with flowers. Need enhancement in food variety and taste. But they were nice, they arranged milk for the baby.

Went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. Only disappointing part was breakfast buffet was not available due to less number of guests. Nevertheless the offered a menu and asked to order food of our choice. The food tasted great too. Would recommend.

Everything was exceptional except room service. Room service was pathetic. Food options are limited . But sunday brunch is great. The resort is very beautiful and peaceful…. And people are very nice . Mr manab was quite helpful and enthusiastic and he showed us around and we loved his hospitality.

Great place, loved every bit of it, the pool was clean, rooms were sparkling clean. Beautiful property with an even more beautiful location. Looking forward to seeing the whole property completed

Everything from the beginning of our entry to check out was absolutely fantastic. Its was clean, hygiene, responsive hospitality and with wonderfully designed resort.

Massive area and greenery. Excellent rooms and swimming pool. Food is not that great in buffet as per taste. Room dining menu is very expensive.
