peaceful location, friendly staff. To be honest I have stayed at hotels which are more expensive and provide less facilities compared to Hotel Mayur. Anyone staying in sitapur should book this hotel without any second thoughts and believe me you will not be disappointed. Felt like staying in a 5 star hotel.

I am a regular visitor of Sitapur town.Experienced pathetic service from the hotel. Gyser was not working. They served spoiled fruits and no one was taking the responsibility.

Very bad service and food and also staff behaviour, I booked this hotel including breakfast today morning at 8:0am, hotel staff called me he said breakfast is ready and you should come and have it quickly, where breakfast closing time at 10:0 am, he called me three times in half an hour and insisted breakfast it immediately. Otherwise, he would be removed, after i am asked to only idli please serve to my room, after 15 minutes one Guy’s came with full attitude and food keep the table, when when I opened food to eat idli had hair and spider, this type of hygiene and service provided by staff west of money I never visit gain this hotel

It was nice, considering the price point the hotel facilities and ambiance is excellent. Really liked the behaviour of the hotel staff specially Deepak Yadav and Manoj, the only issue that I encountered was the frequent power cuts.
