very good hotel and food they provided is very tasty

I was charged extra for some crayon color that was put by my son which was very faint and could be just removed by washing properly. the room had no city view and lot of mosquitoes. the maintenance of the hotel was terrific. I didn't mind for giving a charge but is way beyond for cleaning as compared to the dirty rooms which we got.

an average stay....hotel rooms and location are good but staffs were bit unprofessional their attitudes were quite confusing while room allotment.

Rooms were not good compared to the pictures available, services were extremely poor and non existing. The food was decent though as pure veg.

check in took 1 hour, provided a room already occupied, u have to carry your luggage, ac not cooling, ph not working, very rude behavior of staff, lift was too slow, pls never go to this hotel,, horrible experience

hotel room are good but room service was worest. i recommend that improves your room service. other wise good

Very disappointed with the service. The staff were quite ill-mannered and unhelpful. Basic facilities like room service were not provided. The toilets were unclean, and no soap or toiletries were given. The overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Food,location and room of the hotel in excellent, I am so Happy

Reception and restaurant was helpful but no servive from house keeping and room service as number was sometimes ringing and they dont attend to call .Phone was sometime working and sometime not working .TV remote was not provided.Slippers was not provided.Towel was not provided.Sitting area while checkout was full and no sitting space was there we have to stand outside to book cqb

I love it ❤️ room is value for money and delicious food and good behaviour all staffs but one thing I want to change check in time is not suitable 1pm check in time it's not right and atleast early morning check in good for everyone

Hotel room is average. service is good.Fine location to transport and shopping. It is overall value for money.

Property was good however check in process was too long and the restaurant food was very bad. They didn't even carried our luggage to room. Good thing about the Property is its near to railway station.

two rooms was bookedvfor one night only. we reached almost 6 pm in evening, hotel staff was very under prepare in check in time. AC & geyser not working properly after repeated complain.

Everything was very good as expected..the are clean and the food is good 👍 and will surely love to visit again

Worst hotel in response of customer booking, booking done from MMT and after landed Guwahati, after reached hotel location, property was closed and after several calls to hotel number, no response received. Total waste of time and money.

Jitna pesa charge hua ek din ka uss hisab se itna khash room nhi tha , upar se mene 3 room change kiye usme se 2 rooms me geyser nhi chal rha tha , kuch bhi baat krni ho toh reception pe niche bulate he baar baar call pe coordination nhi krte. Overall itna khash experience nhi tha

There was no window in the room. I requested thrice for wifi and still they didn't gave wifi.

he receptionists are not good in manners They talk with the guest very rudely 14th sep 2025, time 17:30hrs They take extra charge and behave like ( Tumko jitna dena hein de do )
