1st floor Rooms were spacious and clean, very nice.. Staff behaviour and in-room dining is also very good.. Location shud not be aproblem as the city itself is small (7 km from station, takes 20min.).. Only issue with limited food options in breakfast, but chef's are courteous and prepare as per your requirement.. Lower ground rooms are not good compared to others.

The hotel location is good , little away from city . The food is ok ok not great. All basic amenities are there but water in room is chargeable after one and after evertine ordering a water bottle they keeps reminding you that its chargeable. Room services are good. The restaurant staff is quite good and polite.

The room was in basement with no window and lift. The dinning / breakfast hall was far away from main building where I could not go due to health issues. The shower was not working and hot water was from both side of Tap. Rest was ok The shower was not working on both sides of Tap hot water was coming The dry ice in fridge melted for insuline

a poor experience, rooms are ok and staff is nice but facility is poor, insects all around, mosquitoes in rooms, probably they don't take care of it the way it should have been. even the dining area is full of flies....not the experience you would want when u want to have food

pathetic experience . neither the water taps nor the ac ducts are serviced . entire night I was awake because of the noise and hotel authorities cared a damn. . absolutely unprofessional hotel .. only wearing mere suits makes u professional. if a customer is paying sone premium amount for a 12 hour stay it better be upto the mark .. will never recommend any corporate staff to stay here .. disaster...
