Medley regency

We stayed in the premium room for one day and the experience was very bad due to the fungal growth in the bathroom and uncomfortable ac generator was too noisy and the breakfast area too unhygienic.

Room is quite congested with 80% of space being taken up by the bed alone. No house keeping, no basic facilities and poor service. Price is too much for what they have to offer

I stayed for a day, it was a good stay. The receptionist was very well beheaved and helpfull. Cleaned rooms. Good breakfast. I recommend travellers to stay here.

Great location , just opposite the railway station. Very courteous staff especially the young girl in the reception who told us to relax in the room despite check out time was over and our train was late by about 2hrs .

hotel is located near the palakad Jn railway station. compare to the hotels available in town in same price segment thjs property is worth for the money in that location. room which i was taken is narrow but itvwas sufficient for me as single night stay for a business travel.

Stay was good

Everything was fine with hotel. But make my trip booked as 3 adults + 1 children is ok but in hotel, they told it's not as per their rules. They can allow only 3 adults. This should be thoroughly done by make my trip team only. This is not fair

Room was clean but was congested. There could have been more cupboards. Rate charged was competitively on a higher side, sighting the amenities provided. Met expections of cleanliness, but not cost effective. Staff was supportive

The rooms were clean. The staff were cordial and helpful. They do not have an attached kitchen, so lunch and dinner you need to go out. Breakfast is complementary. But the staff were helpful in ordering for us if we needed.

Experience was good front office staff were supportive & well behaved overall a good experience

It was good. But the room size are very small for the price. There is a separate room for dining that was good. Overall good experience

Very bad no parking no water all night electricity goes off. Not for family. They have parking but if you park you will break your car when you take out

The place is in olavakode. Right at the main junction. I felt it's an old place redone. But extremely well done.

Good clean room with ac, tv, cup board, wash basin, bathroom. Bed was so neat, with thick blankets. Well maintained. Cleaned often and had good fragrance everywhere.
