Well this Meena Bagh Villa | Room & Authentic Pahadi Food, oh I shouldn't be saying Meena Bagh Villa | Room & Authentic Pahadi Food, it's a tiny little world or say cozy world. Interiors are fantastic. They have used recycled stuff and trust me you will be bewildered after witnessing their creativity, not a regular Meena Bagh Villa | Room & Authentic Pahadi Food. It's kind of a homestay but surely in an advanced form! They have this unique concept of not using plastic bottles so they have kept a water purifier along with beautiful glass bottles in their common section! Owner of this place is a traveler and a writer, so you can easily figure out the level of creativity he has applied in creating this beautiful place! Place is rustic, authentic and has certain kind of vibe, which you can't miss if you got that taste for something different and artistic! Their staff is super good looking and wonderfully courteous! Food is another great add on to this place. Simple yet savoring! Though I couldn't meet the owner of this place but there is always a next time! Come to this place and experience a totally different experience!

Excellent property at posh sanjauli with public multi level parking and taxi stand within few meters. Very peaceful despite great market for all needs next door. Tastefully and spacious interiors with a keen eye for detail. It was like home with all necessities. Exceptional staff and host. Super pet friendly with outdoor small lawns. Early morning sunshine in rooms with breath taking view. The '3bhk' was a class and world of its own. Cons: shortened some sightseeing in shimla to spend more time at this place. Ps: calls get transferred to owner in case caretaker does not pick up and the owner humbly takes care while answering calls at first instance. No words can describe, one must visit. Good food backed with exceptional service literally with a smile. Hygiene and safety standards and are pat excellence.

Except a little hiccup while connecting with the Meena Bagh Villa | Room & Authentic Pahadi Food a couple of hours before check-in, everything about this home-stay is unique and novel. Made so differently and completely echo friendly, every corner of your bedroom or living room of this place will give you a reason to notice and smile. I can assure you you would have never seen anything novel like this before. The staff is exceptionally receptive and warm. The manager Mr. Deshraj is a wonderful guy and a fantastic cook too. He can also cook dishes not in the menu. One thing that the owner could consider is a garden or open area for guests to sit. All in all, I highly recommend this new and cute home stay.

since i am staying here for the second time.. really love the vybe of this place with the service quality is an add on to this property. talking about the interior .. they have given minute details to the features of this property for the comfort space of each individual. really in love with the kind of space they r providing. must visit for ur own rejuvenation. happy to come here everytime i visit shimla. ♥️♥️. the food quality is really good keeping in mind particular guest and the space given for ur own breakout is perfect with ur family as well as if u’re a solo traveller.. the view from ur balcony or window is worth settling here for more days nd perfect picturesque of shivalik range

We booked meena bagh for our getaway to shimla. Little did we know it would turn out to be one of our best stays. This place gives you major himachali vibes. The food is amazing and inexpensive. The caretaker is very sweet and warm. If i had my way, i would've never left meena bagh. Also the whole house is picture worthy. Each cottage has 3 rooms, that can be booked as a whole if you're traveling with family or a group, or individually. This cottage is only a 15 mins drive from mall road, you can take a traveler or a cab to the places near by. Another key advantage is that there is a public parking right across the road (tantia parking, sanjauli. Bagh is the place, if you're in shimla.

The property is very tastefully done, the decor uses pieces that give Meena Bagh a natural, earthy voice. Also helps that it's a plastic free, resource conscious place (they recycle food and water waste). The staff is caring and polite. Their meals menu is limited to ensure all of it is freshly prepared and ingredients are locally sourced. One of their staff, Ranjeet looked after us throughout our stay and he's a wonderful guy! Shimla's Mall Road is only 15 mins away by car. There's a pay and park facility right across Meena Bagh which makes it very convenient for those who have brought their own cars/private cabs. They also provide driver accommodation if informed while booking.

I travelled solo for the 1st time, was super nervous. But the staff who greeted me at Meena Bagh, Ranjeet, such a decent, warm, smiling young man. He ensured, I was comfortable every minute. Since it was my birthday, Ranjeet and Vikram stayed up late to bring in my birthday cake, sent as a surprise from my friend and also gave me a bouquet from the resort side. It was a very endearing gesture. Really safe place for women. Easy access to everything and the interiors, I was in love with them. It's like a dream home in the hills. The place itself is very pretty, beautiful experience. We were received by mr. Dev he was very helpful, polite and patient waiting for us to arrive, he helped carry pur luggage and show us the place. All services were exceptional food, wifi, clean and quiet place. We booked our rooms few hours before arriving here and forgot to book another room in the hastle but samridhi mam was so helpful she helped us book another room at the moment and we also got an upgrade to even better place like villa. We thank you so much for your hospitality, will visit soon. Thank you so much.

Bedroom was comfortable. Staff was pretty cooperative, food was tasty had all the meals, parking space was not their, balcony was not good their was no view available.

This property is a true hidden gem.

Property is a bit difficult to find, but once we notice has a charm of its own. The property is clean and staff are well behaving. No security was seen in the premises. But well maintained by the staff itself

Stayed for couple of days. Had an enjoyable, warm and cozy stay. Loved the decor and service. Great of the hills from the room. Had it not been for the food, would have given 5/5. Recommend it for couples looking for a peaceful and quiet stay.

This place is absolutely lovely and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff here mr. Jai thakur is very courteous. A very nice and cozy homestay with all facilities and the food is really amazing. Situated right in front of sanjauli car parking, so parking won’t be an issue.
